I believe jestFan1594's underlying question was whether I can ever have sex 100% more than pump king 100%, many of us implanted have a hard time having sex 100% inflated, there are users who manage to have sex 100% without pain, and reaching orgasm without problems?, if yes, after how long of the pricedura did it happen?

I was implanted by Eid in January. Overall, I am pleased. The ability to have an erection satisfactory for intercourse at a moments notice is great. I now am even more affirmed that the erection quality I had prior was not normal and/or sufficient for a healthy 20 something male.

I was implanted with a 24.5cm Titan. At 6 months, my girth is about 4.5 inch (at least same size as prior I believe) and length is solidly 7. My pre surgery stretch test was 7.5 inch so this might be considered disappointing but alas.

Just wanted to share my experience that today, while an 85% pumped implant is painless and provided me with adequate sex, a “fully” pumped implant still causes me a great deal of soreness. I wonder if this will ever go away. Any feedback welcome

Hey Jets, I had the same problem with pain when fully inflated. I would have uncomfortable pain at the last few minutes of a 45 minute device cycling, I would do it in a warm bath. Mine pain got way better after 6 months, I can now go an hour and a half fully inflated with no pain, I haven't tested farther than that.
I also felt I would never be able to get past 45 minutes with no pain. I have the AMS LGX and I reached out to some of the patient champions that Boston Scientific had given me to contact, they just encouraged me to keep cycling. I also did stretching exercises in the warm bath at 50 to 60 percent inflated, I couldn't do the bending stretching exercises fully inflated, it hurt too much.

So, you're not alone

Keep cycling, hopefully you'll be able to extend your time fully inflated the next few months with less and less pain.

Hey Sworks,

Always enjoy your detailed responses.

Did you find the stretches at 50/60% much affective?

J

I would say for me that it worked good, but we are all different anatomy wise. I just couldn’t bend or stretch my Dick when fully inflated and it hurt like heck. I did a variation of Perito’s stretching exercise. I would do mine in a warm bath which made it feel better.
I think I would pump up to 70 to 80 percent and stretch for 5 minutes and then pump up to the max and see how long I could stay at that level without pain that I couldn’t stand. Each week it would get better and I could stay at max inflation longer. It was a slow process for me.
