I think the headline kinda says it all. I hate to be dramatic, so instead, I guess I am asking for help
Got my implant in May. Could not get it deflated for 30 days afterwards. Got it deflated once, then took a few days break to enjoy being soft. a 75 day hard on is not fun.
Monday I decided to pump it, do the exercises and pump it to the max I could get it.
Super hard. Cock looked really good actually.
It is now Thursday and I still can not get it deflated. I have pushed all 4 sides. I have pulled on it, squeezed it and spun it around. I can feel the whole pump part but I can not get the fucking thing to let the liquid out. I am honestly losing my mind here.
Not only does it hurt, but I feel like there is no one to even talk to or help me with it. And I NEVER need help with anything and seldom ever feel alone.
To make matters worse, I am in the Phillipines and far away from any doctor who knows anything about this.
I guess I was hoping for some words of wisdom that might help or something or some advice on how to get this thing deflated. I can't even begin to imagine what I am doing wrong.
Thanks guys

I have the same model and had the same issue.
1. Locate the deflate block. Follow the tubing from your abdomen to the first connection. It will be square. if you feel the round pumping bulb (3rd nut) back up a bit toward your abdomen.\
2. Locate the deflate button. Ignore the button and find the recessed surface of the block (the part of a spoon you can fill). The button is 180 degrees away on the other side. It won't necessarily be in the same position as last time.
3. Place the detent part (fill part of the spoon) at the heel of your hand. (mine is right hand) Your finger pads can now reach the button on the opposite side. It will take a few tries to grip the thing reliably without slipping. When you find the button, try holding it down with your index finger, second finger or thumb. If you can get a finger on it. hold it down.
4. Simultaneously while holding the button down, using your other hand squeeze your penis from the glans working your way toward your body. Do not release your penis for 20-30 seconds while holding the button down.
5. Continue squeezing your penis near the mid to abdominal wall then release the button. After button is free, release your penis and check for hardness.
6. If button is stiff, get your other hand around the first hand and push the button with both hands. Use the strength of your forearms. It does take practice.
Tricks---
Stand up and do it.
Lay down and do it.
Soak in a hot tub or otherwise warm the tubing ball and deflate block.
Stay away from the inflate bulb while deflating.
Pump up a couple of small pumps then try it.
Deflating Titan or Titan XL is more challenging than AMS implants. Requires strength and dexterity. You will get there.
I will send you some links to help you.
I am six months out and have only recently been able to do this in only one or two tries. A week ago, I was still struggling.
