For those that inflate (the last part) during foreplay and/or (oral) sex: do you manage to do that with one hand? If that is the case: are you able to reach 100% hardness that way (i.e. not using two hands)?

I always pump using one hand. I make a loose fist around the pump and squeeze with my middle two fingers. It's a loose fist, so the fingers are pressing the pump against the meaty part of my palm, towards the base of my hand, not higher up in the center of my hand. The outside fingers, ring finger and index finger, help hold the pump in place. That seems to get it to 100%. I've experimented to see if I could get any more inflation with two hands, but I can't add any more.
