This is the pic of my penis inflated. Knowing what it was like preop, if it is like this after cycling and rehab Ill be happy. Still has solid girth and probably 1” shorter than pre-op/pre-pd.

Don't worry about the lose of length at this point, once he clears you to star inflating and use the VED some length will come back. After my surgery I was shocked at my length or lack there of. But after about six months I was back to and a little more of my original size.

Took the bandages off, got nauseous lol. Weak, pathetic, bruised, little pecker
I have to keep telling myself it'll get better and this is just the start. I think another issue is I have a lot of pubis swelling so it makes my penis look even shorter. Im nit concerned, just a shock the first time I saw it unwrapped. Icing now and no shrinkage so thats a plus lol
There was some instant relief though freeing the boys up. I just have a knot in my stomach I wish would go away, I assume thats from the pain meds, it started about 0300 this am.

After several years of ED and about a year of PD the day hath come to get this over with.
I was fairly chill till this am, writing this with a knot in my stomach as I make my way to Northside Hospital in ATL. I believe Im in good hands with Dr Hakky.
Thanks for all in the insight guys, I do feel I am as mentally prepared for what is about to go down as can be. This site has helped with that.

Next time I post Ill be on pain killers, forgive me in advance!

Hows it going? Good I hope. Either way know that in a matter of time you are going to be so happy that you did this. Keep us up to date. Coloplast Titan by Perito here 10 months ago. Still growing too.

Mine looked like a road-killed toad on a sun-baked Texas blacktop for a week or two after surgery. Did not disturb me because I had mentally prepared myself.

Do not ignore systemic reactions. Don't worry about them but do keep track of them. Drug reactions or infections are to be addressed as soon as they are identified.

It is a shock to see what a recently implanted penis looks like. Yes, it will get better.
Pain meds are notorious for causing constipation. Get some stool softener and take it while on any narcotic.
The first few days are the toughest! Chill and relax.

Its all good. Actually I think Ill be at a good starting place to cycle. I dont think Ill have major size loss. Its just the swelling and non-aroused erection make it look smaller and the bruises make it look battered.
Today is day three and so far the most uncomfortable Ive been. I dont think its bad pain, just constant ache and cant get solid relief. Ill soldier thru.
Lost Sheep you said you mentally prepared and I did too, I watched Dr Hakkys vids on YT and read all the comments here so I was ready. That definitely has helped, plus coming here and venting but also telling what its like in real time for others getting ready.
I did take a good look today and was happy to see the curve is about 10°, much better than the 50° in my report. Im 60% inflated and this thing is like a rock! Cant imagine what it will be like when 80% plus…
The only issue I seem to have is a lot of fluid build up in my scrotum. I can just feel the pump at the bottom of my scrotum but when I try to feel around it there is a lot of fluid. I fear a hematoma has developed. Got an appointment with Dr Hakky in the am so Itll get checked out.
Ill try to get some pics. The scar is small which is nice but theres a good bit of bruising. Glad I ate plenty of pineapple otherwise Id be bruised up really bad

The pubis area is quite swollen, I dont have a fatty pubis fat pad normally and my scrotum is also swollen and tight. Icing as I type this. I forget who mantioned it but the suggestion to wear David Archy dual pouch briefs was great. These are very comforting. Im wear a medium brief normally, these are large because I knew I would swell up. They have good support and the flap works as well as a sock.

I was implanted right after Bent Ben on the same day by Dr. Hakky and I am pleasantly surprised by the lack of pain so certainly no "WTF did I do" for me. I'll do a journal once I get back to my home in Florida,I have three follow ups this and next week so I fly home on the 23rd. Good luck Bent Ben!!!
