hi atul21, you stopped 1 month ago if mathematics is not an opinion, in these 30 days that you have not cycled, do you think you have lost size?

Are there bionics who have stopped cycling after 6/8/10/12 months? Have you lost size by inflating it 2/3 times a week? What is the truth, is it better to continue cycling or after a few months is there no point in continuing to cycle, perhaps it could cause premature breakages in Landolfi every day for 2 hours until it breaks?

Hey Frank. I tried to cycle twice a day for 30 minutes each for the first 8 - 10 months (tried, fell short some days). After that, I learned about the Pierto exercise and did that during cycling but mostly cycled just once a day for 30 minutes. I stopped being faithful to cycling when I was completely satisfied with my size, which was about the 1.3-year mark. I have used my implant on the regular a minimum of twice per week since then, fully inflated, and leave it that way for at least a half hour. I am the same size and still happy with it. Just my experience.

Hi portageriver, I'm 8 months and 8 days old, I've always cycled 2 times a day for 1 hour

Thanks portageriver and atul21, for their testimony, since yesterday evening I stopped pedaling, I will use my system 3/4 times a week, I believe that at 8 months what's done is done, there are no capsule or formation problems of scar tissue, rehabilitation finished, let's see how things go without cycling, I want to make sure that my implant reaches the average, my implantologist never said to cycle for life

I cycled twice daily with perito exercises twice daily for 30 minutes for the first 8 months. And by that point I was within a 1/4” of preop size. After that I stopped the perito exercises and just inflated once daily for around 30 minutes or however long it took to shower and get ready for bed in the evening.I did this til around 13 months where one evening I was pumping it to max and I ran out of fluid. Bulb stayed flat and wouldn’t refill. I admit it was probably a little more aggressive pump than normal and I did begin to ache a bit after a few minutes. From this point I realized it was definitely at the max on any size gain and anything I did past this would not gain me anything. So I just pump for sex about twice a week and anytime I feel the need to get off or just want to get that morning wood feeling.. maybe one more time per week. It’s been 17 months and anytime I pump really hard it still runs out of fluid but is at a steel rod state, so I’m definitely not loosing anything. Think after 12-14 months it’s done all it will do and as long as you’re using it a couple times a week you’re good to go for as long as it works. No use in more than that.

I have a still do cycle mine. This depends a bit on you and if you have size loss and also the device. I have an LGX, and it has been shown to expand more than the Titan. And advertised to expand in length more than the CX however I have not seen a study on that. I had a lot of loss and was sized aggressively. I had gains out past a year. That was pretty much cycling for the first 2 years. I am still below my healthy youth size. I had trouble with a perforation that caused me trouble since the original surgery. And some pain. When I stopped cycling for an extended period. I did have a slight reduction in size. It did return though with a week or 2 of cycling. I did have a couple of breaks in the first year when the gains stopped but when I returned to cycling, I had more gains. At over 5.5 years I can still feel stretching when I cycle. If it were not for the pain, I get with continues cycling I would still be doing so. I still try to cycle as much as I can. It really depends on the device and the amount of loss that took place and how aggressively the doctor sizes. If you still feel some stretching when cycling I would say to keep at it.
