As others have said this is not the final result. In the study by Pryor et al. (2016) men (N=40) that got a Titan Coloplast were followed for two years. After one year their erect penis on average was 1 cm longer than post-surgery and after two years it was on average 2 cm longer. At both measurement points the SD was larger than the M, meaning differences within the group were large; thus, some men may gain (a lot) more, while other may gain less.

As there were no comparison groups, this study does not help to explain if the size gains were due to the "aggressive cylinder sizing technique" used by the surgeons, the cycling routine these men followed, the chararcteristics of the Titan Coloplast prosthesis, or these factors combined.

You are spot on correct Bent Ben. Pre implant was a worried race….hoping to get self gratification before the injection, or pill or VED (cold constricted aching cock) would quit. I just got implanted Tuesday and I’m kind of freaking out. Preop I was a major grower not shower a little over 5” or so errect. I used a VED a month leading up to surgery. I went to surgeon that’s known as an aggressive sizer. I just measured and it’s about 3.5” and fat. It’s like fun sized Pringles can. There’s no size gain on initial pump up? My Coloplast Titan was implanted last November. Have had a bit of length growth and girth continues to fascinate me.
