It would be informative to know what the girth (difference) actually IS. Your girth, aroused and ready to be inside your wife compared to the girth with the sleeve.

It stands to reason that the sleeve may squeeze down the girth of your penis inside the sleeve, thus reducing the outer girth of the combined phallus. If the squeezing down is by a substantial amount the gain from the sleeve might not be as great as we think.
