Quick question has everyone kept ice on majority of the time?
Or do you give it a break? I’ve pretty much had ice on it the whole time so far
47 ed for 3 years blame it on finasteride implanted on Jan 3 with cavell
Titian with classic pump 23.0 with .5 RTE
pre implant 7" x 5.5"
6.5" x 5" now hopefully get it all back with cycling

I iced as much as I possibly could for the first 4-5 days, then after that whenever I had some down time.

I took home with me the long refillable ice bag they sent me home with, when filled to the top with ice that could sit on the bed between my legs up against my taint and balls and extend above my sensitive glans. Then I filled a smaller ice pack that would sit on my pubis and go up to the tip of my penis. Then I'd wrap that loosely together with a velcro strap so I was like a penis ice hoagie.

The best part was that long ice bag was a little taller than my glans, so the duvet cover would rub on that and not my dick. I could stay toasty warm in bed with my dick on ice.

I bought some more when got home, the hospital bag started to get a little funky after a few days. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B097T ... UTF8&psc=1

Icing too much can be counter-productive. You want to let (healing) blood flow through. You also want to avoid frostbite.

Physically, icing reduces swelling. Neurologically, icing reduces felt pain. These are good things. Use your judgement on how much each of these effects are affected by application of cold.

As said, you need to transition to heat at some point. Keep up on the ibuprofen & acetaminophen. Its better to keep the pain away than to treat it if it shows up. Careful use of pillows will allow you to side sleep. Be sure to straddle one so your legs don't squeeze your groin. Its doable, give it a try. I think I did a few nights doing a combo side & back sleeping. Whatever works for you.

Funny thing. Once healed all this turns into a distant faint memory.

I can't sleep on my back either. I used a small pillow between my knees to stay on my side. It was kind of a pain to keep it in place all night but better than not sleeping. Also found satin boxers made it easy to turn side to side.

everything is going great so far finally allowed to get a shower and get the bandages off
surprisingly almost no pain just taking tylenol
very little bruising no swelling. I alternated 2 bags of frozen peas continuously since I got home from the hospital
I can feel the pump completely was already able to locate the deflate valve
I am very happy so far I hope the rest of my recovery goes this smooth

Congratulations!!!!

Ya, what oldguy said, a pillow between your legs and I slept naked with a baby sock. I did that for like 5-6 weeks. I also went with frozen peas, i iced as needed. My swelling was very minimal like yours, i mainly iced before bed, and maybe in the morning, or any time i got that itchy healing feeling or pain, i would ice. I think ice worked better than the pain pills, but i wasn’t in much pain. Maybe like a jammed finger on the pain scale, i knew it was there, just not a big deal. Unless i banged the glands, that hurt.

Today is day 8
I feel amazing no swelling just a little bit of bruising. I went back to work on Monday. Light duty in my office.
I have zero pain just a little bit uncomfortable when you hold it up tight against your abdomen for a long period of time
I cannot wait to start cycling this thing. Hopefully he lets me go a little early since everything is going so good.
my length seems to be almost what it was pre-op
Girth is a little smaller hopefully when I start cycling it comes back

I am in very little pain. Everything looks good.
Excited for the journey to get back to where I was
I will keep everybody posted on my journey. Hopefully it goes nice and smooth.
He will call me in the morning with details on the surger

Tou'y. I’m not sure when he put in. I know titan with classic pump.

Congratulations, brother.
Expect a couple of bumps but your surgeon is one of the very best, just follow his instructions to the tee and you will sail right thru this.

You just don't know(yet) what it's like to feel 18 again.
You'll be finding this out on a few months.
