I hope i'm not getting annoying on the follow up questions... but you guys have helped a lot.
I am a bit worried now because when Dr.Eid pumped it at the office it was like 6-7 pumps and i remember it was rock hard... even the head if I remember correctly....
when I tried pumping last night and today... I'd get it pumped up to a point where the penis was actually 1/2 inch bigger than dr. eid measured, however it was not nearly as hard or wide and the head was soft. I pumped and kept pumping after few minutes but I think after a certain point even though it was pumping the penis wasn't getting and bigger/harder/wider... is this possible?
I'm going to call the Doctor tomorrow and may have to go to New York this week to see him... but i'm hoping i'm just doing something wrong and not pumping it completely? I don't understand why it keeps pumping but nothing is happening to the penis? i tried deflating and retrying several times as well with the same result. Is it possible i've just over used the thing?
question on pumping
Re: question on pumping
Well, the best thing is go visit Dr Eid. He always seemed very accessible to me. Can you over use it? I can't imagine it. I've seen Coloplast literature where they refer to lab testing of over 500,000 inflate/deflate cycles and its still going strong (obviously in a artificial test environment, not inside a human body).
For me, it is possible when initiating the first pump in a cycle, that the bulb depresses almost fully but no fluid moves. I think some kind of valve is stuck. If I depress enough times and hard enough, it will clear and I can hear fluid moving. Or, just depressing the deflate pads again is also normally sufficient to clear it. The first pump is definitely harder than the rest, until you get close to the max and it gets harder again.
What you're describing, I think though, is that you once you have started pumping, you can depress the bulb and nothing flows. That doesn't happen for me. Close to the max the bulb is just so hard it I can't depress it at all. So, ask the doc. See what he says. But, in the meantime try experimenting with the deflate pads and then try inflating again. I wouldn't recommend trying to pump at the same time you press the deflate pads. Not sure what that would do with a Titan. I've heard that that puts the AMS pumps into a mode where it doesn't work right, but there is a way of clearing it. Not sure of the details. But, you have a Titan and not an AMS unit.

Re: question on pumping
So I talked to the doctor and he thinks i'm not pumping it up enough...
I pumped the f'ing sht out of it tonight and got the entire thing except the very top rock hard... but now even when i feel the head when its flacid... it doesn't feel like there is part of the implant on the other side... how far does everyone else's implant go? basically my implant whether erect or flaccid goes upto 1 cm before the tip of the head... does this mean I will have floppy head?

Re: question on pumping
Don't lnow about floppy head. My cylinders go to clser than .5 cm to the tip of the glans. The distance varies with my arousal level and how hard it have pumped things up. My glans gets a little larger when I am thoroughly aroused.

My AMS CX ends at about the same place you describe and it works fine for sex. I think it likely that yours will work fine.

Re: question on pumping
thanks... I'm jusy worried about the head which is kind of soft not sure if itll get hard when aroused but don't want to end up in situation where if it doesn't I cant have sex. are your guys`s heads getting just as hard as the rest of the penis?
Re: question on pumping
Flacid is pretty soft but gets firmer with some mental or physical stimulation. The first two times I had sex with the implant I could not reach orgasm. But after that, no problem reaching orgasim. I think it took awhile for the head to get healed up enough for that. You may know that during the surgery they put a needle through the head to use a thread to pull the cylinder forward into the penis. So it might take a while to get the head well healed. Thus don't be too concerned about initial conditions. It might get better as time progresses.

Re: question on pumping
Thanks. I'm able to reach an orgasm by myself so if I can't do it inside a girl I'm not worried about that for now. If the tip is a little bit soft, can you still put it in? That's really what I'm worried about. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Re: question on pumping
Can I ask when you had the implant done, and how was the pain when Dr Eid pumped it up and how is it when you do it yourself? When he pumped me at the first post op visit, it hurt. A lot. I've followed his orders and havent pumped it ( going inon the 24th again) more because i dont want the pain rather than being a good patient.

Re: question on pumping
Surgery was early november 2012. When he did it, it only took like 7 or 8 pumps and it hurt a lot.... I pump alot more over a lot longer time(not as efficient...but it does not hurt nearly as much..,, that's why i think I'm not pumping to max)
