Just a hunch here since I've had several strictures ( narrowing of the urethra ), maybe you had a slight stricture and when they placed the catheter it opened the pathway back up. I know before my stricture surgeries I had a bit of pressure to pee and afterwards it flowed fast, think water flow in a garden hose versus a fire hose ( that's the way my uro described it )

Flowed better before, more pressure. Now it flows with less pressue but feels more like I can shoot i out, less emptying feeling.

I have never been a shooter for ejaculation either, always oozed or depending on excitement, shot like a few inches. Curious to see if that changed with I am cleared to go.

I have the exact same issue. I think it’s because the implant now fills the area that was tissue that the sensation of peeing is reduced and if you search this board you’ll find I asked the exact same question.

I can spray/shoot it out, same volumue but not really pee in the usual stream flow like before. also, more frequent. I also was a grower before, so pissing from a longer dick is new too. I am getting tested for a UTI today, but didnt know if anyone experienced similar before. I heard the opposite usually happens. Thanks!

If I’m completely deflated and then some I get that as well. If I inflate a bit it’s just like it used to be.
