Glans gets hard if it got hard before implant. That process is not changed by the implant.

I've had mine for 3 years.

Yes my ED was due to stretching/jelqing exercises. I have an inflatable implant, Coloplast Titan. I have no idea what you're saying in the first half of your second question

RF energy can heat tissue, in the same way as a microwave oven heats food.
It's non-ionizing radiation, so shouldn't have any detrimental effect to cells, as long as the field intensity isn't high enough to cause burns. You may not feel pain until the damage is done, so be careful.

it's been tested and has had group trials , they are currently doing more , but those take time . im not getting one . I went with the malleable implant .
but it might be worth a try for someone contemplating a implant if their ED isn't severe
