How long does pain last ?

I have malleable almost a week and the pain is strong without oxycodone

My balls and pubic swole up and bruised a lot my balls are the size of a orange or more

Pain goes away when laying down but is the highest when raising from bed or sitting and viceversa

And i have good tolerance to pain but this is testing my mental strength

I’m into my second week of cycling after having to wait six weeks from my surgery. I’ve tried a few different ways, sitting in a hot tub for five minutes before starting and trying to stay inflated for 20-30 minutes, inflating without a bath and taking 1000mg of Tylenol, again trying for 30 minutes. The bottom line is I do feel a considerable amount of pain when inflated, like the cylinders are coming through the head of my penis. Could it be I’m inflating too much and to back off a little? I recently tried Vaseline Intensive Care lotion with aloe after deflating, it seems to take away some of the pain and it feels good. I should say the is my second implant, first one was from 2006 and they are both Titan Classics. Any advice or recommendations if the pain is expected will be appreciated. Thanks.

Best pain relief I found was a hot bath or Aspercream.
A hot bath relieves the ache in the sack and shaft.
A dab of Aspercream smeared along your shaft numbs the soreness for several hours.
When dressed I used a kids sock with the elastic cut off to cover my penis.
