As others said, blood flow is one issue, test can confirm this . Definitely go see a sexual health urologist. Urologist are like many other specialists! There’s some that specialize in one thing or another but you need one that specializes in Ed. I’ve heard the effects of that hair lose med can cause much damage that could take a long time to come back from if. It permanently damaged. If injections don’t work then your options are getting thinned out. IPP, MPP, no sex. Once you reach the point of non functioning erection…… it’s probably time.
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott,and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!
