19 Months in Coloplast Titan one touch. In 2020 I lost my prostrate and suffered severe ED for 3 years where I was at 1.5 to 2 inches.
Post implant it looked kind of disappointing in size and today I am at 6L 6 G. Took time with cycling etc.
Immediate Post-Op Size vs. "Final" Size
Re: Immediate Post-Op Size vs. "Final" Size
Leto: a few thoughts.
Don’t cycle until it hurts. If it hurts, something is wrong. It’s ok especially early to be stretching scar tissue or areas annoyed by a recent surgery and some mild discomfort or a feeling of being stretched would be expected. But actual pain is the body’s way of saying something isn’t right.
Even after 4 1/2 years if I pump up as far as I can-well past 100 little squeezes-I’ll notice a slight tenderness on the underside of the glans where the distal ends of the implant are seated.
I’m not sure what claims the manufacturer or various doctors might make for the LGX vs CX. As a recipient of the former, I expect the results of cycling the LGX will be about the same as the CX. The fact that the LGX expands in length and girth doesn’t allow them to install a bigger implant in you so that you end up voila’ with an inch more than you ever had before. The difference is the LGX allows its owners to carry around a slightly smaller flaccid than they would if they had a CX.
It’s great marketing. “The implant that actually expands in length!” Stop & think. You can’t be surgically altered via an implant to have a dick bigger than your infrastructure was designed to support.

Age 68. Physically fit educated red neck in Texas. Very married. 23 cm (18+5) of LGX installed by Dr. Bryan Kansas 12/31/2019. I fought the ED and my wife & I won. I’m either full of shit or sound advice. You decide which.
Re: Immediate Post-Op Size vs. "Final" Size
Very helpful, thanks, Tx!
So if I am hearing everything correctly, even though I am now a bone-pressed 4.75 (as you were after surgery), you would expect my 24cm implant to get me to 6+ inches in a year with regular cycling?
That would be amazing.

49. Implanted 5/21/2024 at Kaiser SSF. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

If you are a bone pressed 4.75” 6 weeks post-traumatic-surgery and you were in the 6.5-7 inch range beforehand and you’ve got 24 cm of implant in there then I would be shocked if you are not back there size-wise at the one year mark.
That’s 9.44” of implant. I realize depth of crus varies. Still, there is a strong correlation between implant length and penis length. That 24 cm will ultimately show up. Law of conservation of matter.

Haha, I’m not sure what I was “before”. The last few decades, if I was fortunate enough to have a boner, I generally was doing something besides measuring it!
Well, you’ve given me a goal. Time to cycle!

Re: Immediate Post-Op Size vs. "Final" Size
I had very similar concerns at first with about and inch and a quarter short but by a year it was back. I cycled twice daily for at least 30 minutes. One thing I will point out to everyone. If distal and proximal lengths are measured at the point of incision, there is a big difference if your surgery is done scrotal or infrapubic! On the paperwork I received there is a whole different set of implant cylinders for infrapubic than the ones for scrotal. Laws of implant size vs final size still apply the same either way but this has to be considered. Good luck and just keep at it. Time heals most issues.
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!

I’m pretty bad about telling people what they ought to do, so I’ll offer an apology if this advice is unwelcome or heavy handed.
You just received a gift. A bionic cock. It puts guys like us (venous leaks) not just on a level playing field with non bionic guys, we actually have some powers they lack.
We can make sex all about pleasing our partner without ever worrying about our ability to get and maintain a great erection & getting off ourselves. Once you no longer worry about you (you have the power) the possibilities are endless.
My wife likes a LOT of foreplay and to be teased with my cock. She also likes it very hard. When I felt my boner was a ticking time bomb with a short fuse, I couldn’t do much except fuck like a machine to get off before it quit on me. Now I can give her everything she wants at whatever pace she wants. This is way cool.
With great power comes great responsibility. So the advice I’m going to throw out there isn’t meant to be over the top but might seem that way.
Walk. Jog. Go to the gym. Watch your diet.
There’s a pretty obvious reason for this. You have a concern for what surgery will do to your size. That’s understandable. Even though most women will say size isn’t all that important you’re never going to find many men who believe it, certainly not 100%. We are men. We are wired to think a bigger cock is more masculine and us a tool to make us better at sex.
A really cruel but effective way to conceal just how much dick you’re packing is to carry around too much abdominal fat.
Yes, being at or near you’re ideal weight brings with it a lot of other benefits….overall health and well being promotes higher T levels, a strong libido, and makes you more attractive to your partner.
In my case I’ve come to conclusion that weight training is what works for me. A combination of other exercise might do better for you. The bottom line is you’ve gone to a lot of trouble to have your ED problems surgically fixed. Now you ought to invest a bit more time to ensure you can show off that bionic dick to your sex partners in its best possible way.
That means shrink the amount of fat you carry. It won’t make your pecker longer. But it will enhance how much is visible.

Another BINGO for Txagq8
There is no condition that extra weight benefits with the possible exception of starvation. Men carry there weight in their gut, stomach. Its a pisser! What what you put in your mouth for me it’s volume, not denial of food just take in less.
I have an friend who always complains about being fat because his knees and back are bad but eats and drinks way too much.
If it’s one thing its another. Do the best you can.

67years,fighting ed for over twenty years. A sever break, vit E, pataba, Viagra, massage Ved cilas, and I'm tired- throwing in the towel, Op for implant Mar 18, 2021 AMS LGX 18 x12 + 1 3cm RTE, gained girth and length, very glad I took the hard step.
Re: Immediate Post-Op Size vs. "Final" Size
Thanks Tx! I’m doing that too! I’m down 45 pounds over the past year. And yes, shrinking that fat pad is a big part of the goal for knocking off the 30 more I want to drop.
I really do see my bionic cock as a gift. Ive had ED my whole life, as a teenager before pills. To be honest, I’d be pretty happy with just the 4.75 inches! Four months ago I was newly single after 18 years with one woman, and trying to figure out what came next. I didn’t even contemplate an implant. Now that I have one, I have so much confidence it’s absurd.
I am working out. I got a new wardrobe. I started a skincare regimen. I’m getting my teeth whitened.
And believe me, I am going to fuck with the wild abandon that I missed out on in my youth. An extra inch or two will just be the icing, haha!

I was just fitted for an implant, the AMS LGX; the operation was performed by a highly skilled, high-volume surgeon.
My question concerns immediate post-op size. I'm laid up right now recovering (operation was yesterday), and I seem to have lost a significant amount of length, about an inch and a half, which is obviously concerning. The doctor told me that this is not "final," and that there is a lot of cycling and stretching from here on in. Even so, does it sound realistic that I should regain all that lost size? Even half of that I would be happy with; certainly better than what I'm seeing now.
You aren’t fully inflated. It should be OK once you start cycling daily. Just wait until you are told to do so. Don’t rush it.
I would appreciate it if some of the vets wouldn't mind sharing their personal experience in this matter, and their opinions on what is a realistic expectation.
Thanks, and I hope everyone in the states had a nice 4th!
