The BIG 3 Questions I Have Re: Implants

One of the BIG questions I think all men have before getting an implant is if penis size loss is expected. Fortunately in current times, there is far more empirical proof in medical research as well as anecdotal proof in men like me and others here that proves the former #1 patient complaint is no longer an issue - implants are expected to keep your current size or even increase it.

VED use before to treat any damage caused by ED is important to get your best sized implant. After implant, I think they make things easier too.

My 2 cents

Face it you have ED, you have tried fixes and they are not 100%, so don’t lie to yourself, you have ED

ED does not get better once it starts it gets worse with time (and time is valuable)

You get hard rock erections so hard that i don’t inflate it to a 100% because it’s to hard

If you go with the right surgen you will not loose size ( in my case i did loose girth but because I had a beer can of a penis, but i gained lenth (.5 inch) because i had a banana shape penis), so go with a pro and you will be fine.

Stop loosing out on having great sex better sex then when you did not have ED.

Anyway, instead of suffering from penile problems and psychological problems just go for an implant, if nothing else really helps.

Lets do the logic on your request for videos. After recovering from your surgery. You'll be at or very close to your previous length & girth. Hardness is whatever you make it be. Can you give me a scenario where sex with your implant WON'T be as pre ED? Perhaps even better.

After orgasm, if you don't release the pump. You'll stay inflated. Better known as world class hard. It really is that simple.

Your desire for videos is either suspect or very good indication of an OCD condition. If you've spent much time reading FT & you're not convinced about the IPP results by now. Then nothing will convince you in the future.

In my experience you may lose a little length but can usually gain that back by cycling the implant. As far as getting it hard, I have the AMS700 CX and when it worked fully pumped up it was like 2 steel rods in there, feels like you could drive nails if you wanted. And yes you can ejaculate and just keep on going, you're not going to lose your erection until you deflate it, so technically your partner could pump you up and ride you all night long without you ever losing your erection. Think about it, after the surgery you're left pumped up around 80 percent for around 2 weeks or more till your first appointment. So an all nighter is no problem - you could even fall asleep and let them finish if you wanted..

I just want to know if my expectations are real or fantasy.

I'll start by saying, I don't have E.D. in the traditional sense, much of mine is psychological. I can get an erection, solid, but I lose it repeatedly during intercourse which becomes a problem for me and my partner.

I've tried counseling, the drugs, etc.. this is my last resort at a normal sex life but I'm hesistant. I'm not a big guy to begin with (about 5.5 inches) and I've read that the implant can cause your penis to shrink? I'm often confused by this because many people say the shrinkage is from E.D., but then I wonder why it's even mentioned in regards to the implant if indeed the implant doesn't itself make your lose some length. So question 1.) Did you lose any length AS A RESULT from the implant?

I also have heard mixed reviews regarding the solidness of the erection. Does the fully inflated penis get "rock solid" or just solid enough for intercourse? Getting the implant worries me, because when I am erect, it's a pretty solid erection and I worry about trading that in for a semi solid/rigid erection. So question 2.) When you fully inflate, is it a "Solid as a rock" or just enough to get by?

And lastly, my expectation of performance. According to the "ads", you can continue to have intercourse even after ejaculations. This seems like it would be a dream come true and a godsend to the women or partners in your life, yet there isn't a 100% satisfaction rate with partners of those with implants. So question 3.) Can you continue to perform sex even after you ejaculate and basically have sex long enough for your partner to also reach their orgasm?

At first, a 1/2 inch.
Pre-surgery I was exactly 6 inches, post op I was 5.5 inches.
After getting green lighted to cycle, I went after it
like a man possessed and got my
1/2 inch back in about 90 days.
So, in my case... No
But some men through atrophy NEVER get their full size back.
The saying "use it or lose it" is very appropriate here.

Fully inflated my erection is Rock Hard. You could hang your clothes off it.
Strangely enough, the wife is not a fan of "rock hard"....She likes a little pliability, so I have
to dial it back a bit sometimes. Im truly feel At fully inflated status I could penetrate drywall if I wanted to.

YES!
This is something I was unaware of after implantation.This implanted erection lasts as long as you want it to.
I can still pound away like a maniac after I've reached orgasm. There is NOTHING better than getting your partner
to "see stars" again and again.
Even when I was 18 I needed a few minutes to "re-charge"- now I don't!

Its something an implanted man NEVER has to worry about again and its AMAZING!!
After I was diagnosed with Prostate cancer I had a radical prostatectomy and I went the pills and shots routine and it simply didn't work for me.
Even early on, those things were really hit and miss and personally I wasn't thrilled with the idea of using chemicals the rest of my life for erections.
I have ZERO regrets about being implanted and would do it all over again in a split second.

If you choose to do this- MAKE SURE you go to a world class specialist in this field.

1. Yes, I lost some length but after starting cycling the implant I got my length back after a couple months. After surgery I was around 5 inches and after cycling for around 4 months, I was back to my original at 6.25 inches.

2. Yes, it gets rock hard, I can hang a beach towel on mine. My wife likes it rock hard, she'll ask me to make sure it is as hard as I can get it.

3. Oh yes, I can still keep banging away after I cum, so that I can get my wife to her climax which is a turn on for me.
