When does sizing occur in the overall process?

This is a concern for me too.

At home my erection length and flaccid stretched length are both 7”. In the doc’s office my stretched length was under 4” because it goes into a very strong spasm under stress and is impossible to stretch out.

Based on this the doc told me they could give me 4” with implant. I got out of there fast.

In another doctor office it was 6” because of a spasm too.

What if it is in spasm during surgery and they undersize me by 1-3 inches? Will anesthesia necessarily relax the spasm? I am not sure that’s the case.

Ask for a penile doppler before the surgery and see if they are open to size you up with it. Dr. Eid uses this protocol and guarantees size basis penile doppler results.

I had spasm even with Dr. Eid doppler. It was 6” in his office. I was very stressed out. When I got home it was 7”. It made me decide not to go with Dr Eid.

Does anybody else get white coat spasm? It’s like cold water shrinkage down to nothing and it becomes impossible to stretch.

Not sure how to help you. Dr. Eid is one of the best and gives great results to almost everyone. How can you be sure that the surgeon you will choose will not undersize you in the end? I would rather go with the best high volume implanter and discuss the case thread bare and seek his input. If Dr. Eid is an option for you, you should give this another thought.

It is my belief the stretch tests and preop measuring are for the patient’s psyche not the surgeon. If you watch the surgeries on YT you will see and hear the doctor explain how they measure the penis during the surgery. This is the critical measurement.
I never got a stretch test and my penis is 1/2” shorter than it was when it was healthy. This seems to be within the typical post op size loss range. This week marks one year, I have no regrets about not having a stretch test.
