Just a quick update!
Picture shows me yesterday (saturday) which is 5 days after surgery (monday).

Swelling is still very prominent but got way better. fatpad-area is now bruised red/green/yellow and hurts a little if i press it. Otherwise no pain, no pain medication and walking without looking like a cowboy also gets better every day. Can easily pee, retract foreskin and wear trousers without any pain. Pelvic floor also seems to be in good shape, only thing that is anoying is slight pain if i have to sneeze.
Still edema on the shaft but also gets better

Yes, Dr. Wilson and Osmonov frequently worked together in the past. They are teaching other surgeons and in that week, there was one of those congresses. Wilson arrived earlier and joined the surgery.


Quick Update DAY 10:

After I showered I would change the band aid on the incision the first week. I did not put another band aid on starting day 7 and its working great without it. Might look a little disgusting, but its way better than it was a few days ago.

Swelling is going down day by day. can feel an move the pump, wont deflate or inflate for now. Masturbated yesterday with the half-inflated thing i got there, worked great and was a big relief!

on my fat pad i still have swelling but much much less. No bruising or funny colors, left side of fat bad I can touch and press down, right side I cant, without discomfort. Guess it is because that the side the tubes run to the reservoir.

On the left cylinder, near the base of my shaft I can feel a hard bump. Not 100% sure but I assume it is tubing coming up from the scrotum. Still too early to make a judgemnt, but I admit at this point I just wish for an MRI scan or a 3D-scan kind of a map, just to see what it looks like from the inside haha

Quick Update - The Cycling begins!

Yesterday (16 days post surgery) I was finally able to reach/press the deflate button! I did that, then pumped back up to the original 40% inflation and called it a day.

Today i deflated again, pumped to 40%, deflated again and pumped up as far as comfort allowed it. The reason I did that is, because reaching the deflate button is far from easy, so I just want to make sure I can deflate, once i pump to uncomfortable percentages.

I was able to hold that pumped state for about 5 minutes. I took a quick wank (I mean, taking the oppurunity, right?) and pumped a little more after. Was getting near painful levels, hopped in a hot shower and pain subsided. After another 5 Minutes i tried to deflate, took about 3 Minutes and thats it.

I hope the scrotum swelling goes down even more and the scrotum skin gets a little loser, so deflation is less of a hassle. For now I will inflate daily a few times until it gets painfull, try to hold it there as long as i can and deflate. I hope I am able to increase the time and increase the number of pumps. I dont know how much percent of inflation i get, but it doesnt matter, since I pump as far as I "can". Maybe taking some pain med before next time so I can push a little further.

Lenghtwise I lost around 1.5 inches. Was not fully pumped as I said, but I dont think it matters, since my implant does not expand in length. Meassurement is not bonepressed, so can also be some swollen pubic area stealing a little length, but i guess 1 inch is missing for sure.
I am confident, I can restore that length with cycling, altough it is still unclear to me, what the science behind it is and nobody here could answer me where this lost lenght is recovered from (see: https://www.franktalk.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=25148 ) but this forum seems to indicate, that it does work, so I dont care anymore WHY its working.

Girthwise, feels a little smaller than before, dont have any meassurements. Same as for length, I cycle and see what I get out of it.

Left cylinder is perfectly fine around half way into the glans, right cylinder is around 0.5cm under the glans, or around 1cm lower than the left cylinder. Dont know if it will fix itself, dont know if its a reason to go for a revision, dont know if it even matters, I will see how it goes, does not bother me yet.

Hopefully your length and girth comes back after you can inflate 100 % . After all that's how you achieve a full erection now .
