Their is fuck all different I have a large penile and can hide my malleable there’s nothing impossible to hide about it, but with inflatable you can gain some size with Malleable’s you lose a cm and some girth question is the trade off worth it for yoh

My only concern with malleable is the erosion issues. Have you discussed this thing with your doctor? Other than that, I think Malleable is good to go because you do not fear of revisions and also the cost of it is less as compared to IPP.
Can you please guide me about the erosion issue?
