Barely any glans blood flow more than 1-year post-op

Thanks everyone. To answer questions, yes I used to get glans flow. Actually I was comparing my dick pics from the past to today and you could tell my head was so much pinker and expanded when I had an erection (unfortunately, the erections weren’t easy to get).

When I pump up fully, it almost feels like it’s so expanded that it’s cutting off the circulation to the glans. I get side effects from pills so those are out the question for me, but I’ve never tried the trimix gel before. Super curious about it, I’ll reach out to my doctor to get a prescription. I also am planning on starting l-citrulline supplement this week which apparently is good for blood flow.

Which pills have you tried before? For me personally cialis gives me horrible side effects (and its long lasting so it makes it worse), but viagra gives me very little side effects and the effects last just 4 hours so it's not a problem for me to take it when I need it just to have sex. You could try 50mg instead of 100. At 50mg with viagra I had almost no side effects at all (except that it was bad for my stomach if I take it on an empty stomach)
