Jeans yes, bikini briefs yes, sweats yes.

I may show a little more, but deflated it folds down same as my original penis.

Swim suite no problem.

If you pump up becuase you don't like dog ears, or some other reason, then ya.... going to show.

I just keep totally deflated and don't have any issues.
TT

to avoid dog ears, you always need a few jocks?

One style is loose and one style is supportive. If I wear a loose shirt with tail out it just don’t matter. You have to get used to being a shower….. end of story.

Can tight underwear affect the lifespan of the implant?

Wouldn’t see how it could. Eid and Perito say the cylinders themselves are practically indestructible. Eid said in one of his videos that he had only seen one cylinder fail in all of his years and 1000s of implants. It always the tubing tubing connectors or pump.
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!
