So; I have no medical knowledge, this is pure speculation. Looking at diagrams of the scrotum online;
there appear to be 3 nerves in the spermatic cord. If an acute angle is created in the spermatic cord
during the pump install; is it possible to pinch a nerve, thus causing orgasum/ejackulation issues ?
I don't know. Just a guess.
