If you one of these people can you answer?
How long did you have malleable? Has your girth increased after you got inflatable? Is girth become like pre op?
When I aroused my girth loss around 6-7mm, not so much. (Malleable tactra). So I interested if I will change malleable on inflatable after years (maybe many years). Will I gain these 6-7mm?

so you lost about a 1/4 of an inch of girth, from what size girth? that's not much . You could get HA filler to easily gain that back and more . Although depending on what country you are in , it could be expensive . in korea its not to much and maybe 30 % more in thailand . usa is high cost

1/4 lost when I have latent? erection. Without latent erection dick looks thin. My surgeon not recommended any fillers in implanted dick because it not safe. If filler or dick will become inflamed it wil cause infection of implant.

.I have not read of any infection issues with HA fillers
Some risks I have read of is possible lumping ,but that can be massaged out .
And in a year , some of the filler is absorbed, so a touch up would be needed to maintain the the same girth
I myself was planning on HA fillers but being retired from USA to Philippines and visas and other personal things kept me from going to get it ( the payment method is one obstacle),in Korea or Thailand
But soon with in the next half year I hope to have it done
.
American , retired in the philippines .
tactra malleable 13 mm ,in new delhi India . on april 2024

Yes, as ready2go indicated, infection rates appear too low for HA fillers.

I've pasted some relevant sections from a 2021 study in Asia.

Complications and management of penile augmentation with hyaluronic acid injection.
Quan Y, Gao ZR, Dai X, Kuang L, Zhang M, Li Q, Xu T, Zhang XW.
Asian Journal or Andrology 2021

In this study, a total of 230 patients who had penile augmentation with hyaluronic acid injection from January 2018 to December 2019 were examined on follow-up for penile girth, complications, and their corresponding management. At 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month postoperative follow-ups, the penile circumference had increased by 2.66 ± 1.24 cm, 2.28 ± 1.02 cm, and 1.80 ± 0.83 cm, respectively.

During the entire 6-month follow-up, 4.3% had complications such as subcutaneous bleeding, subcutaneous nodules, and infection.

Subcutaneous nodule 2.2%:
Resolved by hyaluronidase therapy. 3 days to resolve.
Subcutaneous bleeding 1.3%:
Will spontaneously resolve. The most important thing the doctors can do is to reassure patients.
Edema (mostly for uncircumcised):
Penile edema can be relieved by using elastic bandage for 2 weeks without severe adverse effects.
Infection (0.8%? if we do the math 4.3-3.5?)
Patient characteristics such as diabetes and immunodeficiency increase the risk of developing infections, particularly in the genital region. Intercourse can also contribute to infection. Bacteria, present abundantly in the vagina and pubic hair, may enter the unhealed wound during intercourse and cause infection. The two patients that had infection during the follow-up underwent incision and drainage (I&D). Incision was made on the penile skin with swelling. Due to the high internal pressure, HA and purulent fluid were discharged and drained from the incision point. After I&D, intravenous antibiotics were administered for 3–5 days. Both healed without further progression and discomfort.

This is not sounding good if an individual is implanted and HA site infection spreads to the implant. :?: Well, 0.8% is still not bad. :?
