It's just that this forum is mostly about implant problems. Guy feels like his pumping isn't inflating the cylinders, googles that, lands here. Then there are these researching implants and of course guys dabbling in various ED treatments. 17366 members in total, 5479 of whom posted at least once. Let's say 2000 of them actually have an implant. Now google how many bionics there are worldwide and you get to the conclusion your opinion now is being shaped by (probably) not even 1% of total bionic population. Where's the remaining 99%? Prolly fucking.
