Is libido improved by implant?

I was born with a high libido. When ED started my physical urge and feelings didn't decrease much, but knowing any attempt at sex would more than likely end up bad. That kept my mental libido near empty. If you know the feeling of what your balls feel like when they haven't been emptied in a long time, that's the physical side. The feeling of the urge to release.
The mental side will be knowing it is going to be a lot of stress and work in hopes of having an orgasm. When that fails time after time your mind slowly shuts off anything sexual. I even started watching porn during that time, and found it did nothing for my libido, physically or mentally.
After my implant knowing every time was always going to work my mentality changed. After fully healed and able to have sex at will I began to think sexual thoughts again. I would fantasize about sexual things. My confidence came back. Even now if it only means making my partner feel good that is why I had the implant done. I'm happy with it, she's happy with it, and the bonus is I have an orgasm every time we have sex.

Like a lot of guys say - there is more to Libido than just hormones.

I started going through major issues when I had my RALP in 2023. The inability to get hard really decreased my libido - which had been plenty healthy before. It was the lack of physical arrousal which is managed by parts of your brain which are not under your control that caused my issues. Mentally I WANTED sex - but physically couldn't - which fed back into my mentality which told me 'I didn't' since my body wasn't responding.

I think this may feed back to the 'feeling' of being done with sex after orgasm for some guys. Since the body no longer responds, you no longer have desire. At least for those guys where this is the case.

Now that I CAN get an erection with an implant? Those feelings of wanting and being able to have sex are back.

So I think it depends on the individual...

There are probably medical papers written on this where people with lots of letters after their name have weighed in and made a career styding this who could make more sense of it than I could.

Hi bionic guys ans newbies on the implant route,
it's not like I "have lost" my libido, I was always horny, looking and running after any women that was sexy and pretty, trying gentleman like getting her into the "horizontal" position...
I was married 4 times and any time kids were on the "road" my wives finally lost interest in sex and I had like 4 times an asexual marriage over many years which, I think so, in the end also contributed to my ED. I got divorced 4 times and in between fucking other woman till I found the "right" one and got in love with her, got married and the same game "as every marriage" begun again, kids came, my wife was just for the kid, no interest in sex and the asexual life was my destiny again, still being horny and having a great libido, so masturbated a lot, got divorced and all together I've lost more than 40 years of my life in asexual relationships, developed ED to the fullest for some like 20-30 years.

Since than I go to bars with young girls, mostly young students and always find one for sex, especially after now 18 months with my new dick, I am so self-confident, knowing I can fuck any woman, anytime, anywhere and how long I want. So I enjoy life again, enjoy sex again, fuck as many girls as possible, have the greatest LIBIDO of my life, getting horny and hot all the time I see a pretty, nice and sexy young girl,

Why young girls? They are just curious, have less demands, ask less, talk less problems, they are not looking after long relation-ships, want mostly just to have fun, good life and good sex. And this is exactly what I’m looking for!

The implant is the best present I made to me and I only have one regret:

My libido went thru the roof once I got a stable MPP implant without any problems,,, and the wifeys libido is out of this world since I was implanted.
and of course a lot of the problem some men have is emotional or psychological also in which seeing the right physician can help.

For me, libido has increased. I've had my implant over 6 years now. Some of the arousal I get is the same as always: I I get interested, arousal starts, groin starts to feel stimulation, I get erect (through pumping it up, not the arousal now), and then I or we enjoy the erection. And since it lasts for as long as we want, the sex can be better than ever.

Now, however, there is an added versions of arousal: I inflate the implant -my doctor had me inflating 4 times a day for the first year and It helped stretch out the implant - I still inflate most every day. Being erect feels so good, and it's so great to see my dick hard again, that I get aroused from the cycling. Then I want to use it. On days when sex is possible, I sometimes cycle up well before getting in bed as by the time we get to it, I'm really horny. On days when sex isn't likely, I can play solo as long as I want and enjoy the feelings.

So two ways to get excited:
1. Arousal>erection>fun
2. Erection>arousal>fun

So, yes, the implant has increased my desire and my "libido, and the frequency of enjoyment.

Still, you're libido is different. Before the implant, I wouldn't get truly aroused often because I knew I had little chance to really enjoy it. But the arousal would still happen. I was still interested and would have tried to enjoy it if I could, and many times masturbated with a flaccid dick, just to get release. Since it wasn't very satisfying, it wasn't very frequent. If you're just never interested I'm not sure an implant will fix that.

I would say a lot of it is mental. I'm in the same boat, want to have sex a lot but just frustrated because I "know" I can't get it up so I "know" there's no way I can satisfy her. When my second implant was working after a few months I started to get those old feelings back, but now it's been a year since that one failed so Im right back to really wanting to buy just not got the gumption. It'll most likely return once it gets into your head that "hey I can get it up and go for as long as I want"
