Isn’t there a space between cylinders ?

For diameter = 13 mm:
Circumference = π × 26 ≈ 8.168 cm ≈ 3.22 inches
For diameter = 18 mm:
Circumference = π × 36 ≈ 11.310 cm ≈ 4.45 inches
For diameter = 21 mm:
Circumference = π × 42 ≈ 13.195 cm ≈ 5.19 inches
I wuold like to hear from guys that had girth above these measurements for each implant brand and still managed to conserve Circumference, since most doctors will say that girth is tunica dependent (whatever that means)
13mm Genesis malleable rods.
Circumference 5.4 inches (137 mm).
Aroused or not aroused? Also what was your original girth pre implant ?
Aroused without a cockring.
5.5.

it' s not as simple as Tangerine says. If You don't have any bloodflow to spongiosum, yes, the ipp willgive You more girth.
BUT , when i had the Titan, without pumping i had good engorgement , but when i pumped it almost cancelled the bloodflow to the spongiosum.
With the mpp without arousal i have a skinnier penis, but i have normal bloodflow , with arousal and cockring My girth almost doubles, and it's better than with Titan without engorgement.
Most people Will get more girth with the Titan, but this should be considered in Young guys with venous leak and good bloodflow

neisseriaceae, could you share the link to order the cock ring you're using? The one suggested by my uro has really shitty reviews

TANGERINE wrote:there has been lots of talk about malleable implant lately. As far as I am aware, the diameter (girth) of malleble is less than the girth for inflatable.
I looked this up, and for:
for Tactra malleable, the girth diameter sizes are: 9.5 mm and 11mm and 13mm. the 13mm girth is only available for malleable with length between 18 and 27 cm.
For AMS, the standard girth size is 18 mm for standard length AMS
For coloplast, the standard girth size is 21 mm
this is a big difference in girth size, for example since there are two cylinders side by side in the penis, if you did a right to left measurement of the largest implanted penis with malleable, the distance would be 13+13=26mm, and the height would be 13mm
in contrast the right to left distance for coloplast is 21+21=42mm and the height is 21
So, although all agree that the malleable is easy to use, and will never fail (because of no moving parts); it is a thinner penis than what is achieved by the inflatable prosthesis such as titan or ams LGX or CX
Thank you Tangerine for the post and also for your detailed handbook you wrote about going bionic - it’s an excellent read.
This is really interesting because on paper, that really is a significant difference in girth. It’s something I need to factor into my own decision coming up in October. The truth for me is that I really want to love the IPP as much as so many of the forum members here who have had such great outcomes. But when I factor in my age, the potential number of surgeries throughout my lifetime, device longevity statistics, and the question of whether or not insurance will cover it: that’s really where I think my internal resistance comes from.

Neisseriaceae your experience is really interesting with the MPP and physiologically, I think you and I have very comparable ED (venous leak). I have good blood flow into the penis still, but significant venous leak - so the use of a cock ring would definitely help, but also an MPP could potentially be right for me too in hopes that it helps me preserve engorgement where possible.
Since I’m coming up on my “decision point” in early October, I obviously flip-flop on my perspective a lot. My length and girth when I am lucky to have an okay erection are nothing to write home about - erring on the lower side of what is considered average for both. One argument would be that I should go with the IPP to try and max my girth as evidenced by Tangerine’s post and other experiences of members on FrankTalk. But on the other hand - there’s a part of me that feels like because I’m on the smaller side anyways, that the 13mm rods of something like the Genesis might already max out my corpora anyways. In that case, I might benefit more from the MPP + cock ring and hope for girth via preserved engorgement.
Diagnosed with venous leak after having ED majority of my life. Grateful to have some answers, and considering both MPP and IPP as options.

I use simple cheap silicone cockrings, something like this

I can't recommend, it's your choice, both implants has their positives and negatives, is up yo You what matters most. In My case i valued longevity and mind peace. I wasnt expecting that i would prefer de erection with the mpp as it turned out, but that can be just My experience

Thank you! Do these rings obstruct ejaculation? I see some rings have a gap for the urethra and some don't and I'm curious about your experience with the malleable.

Speaking for myself, and my experience with an IPP, I had and continue to have good blood flow to my spongiosum and glans. I too had a venous leak and used a cock ring prior to getting my IPP. It was awkward to put on and take off and uncomfortable for me and I tried a number of different ones and sizes. And, my fiancee complained that it made my cock feel like a fake dildo - too firm.
I like the fact that I can make my IPP as firm or soft as we want, and it feels very natural when erect, especially when aroused. And no need for a cock ring or anything else to help. I'm also happy I was able to maintain my 6" girth. Just sharing my own personal experience.
