It did in the beginning three years ago when I got back on my bike after healing up from my implant surgery. I thought that I would have to have a special bike saddle because of the other bother that moved in down there, and I did get some no nose saddles in the beginning but they were very difficult to cycle with and uncomfortable. I went back to my regular bike saddle and haven't had any problems. I can still ride just as far and just as fast.
