I just read on the Boston scientific website that the cx does not lengthen when inflated, it only grows in circumference, unlike the lgx which grows in circumference and length, should I expect that deflated it will be the same length when inflated?

I lost some length with my titan. You may have some swelling right now which would make your penis appear shorter until the swelling goes down. You also will probably gain back .5 inches with cycling the implant. My guess is you will be 6” in the end.

He used to measure at 7" or 6.5" and you felt qualified to make the prediction his final size post recovery will be 6"?

He should gain back a lot more than .5" from cycling, and I'm clueless where you're getting your data there to make these claims.

If OP used a VED before implant he treated or healed fibrosis caused by ED, and that allowed the surgeon to insert a size that best meets his real, natural erecriom just like when he was a horny 22 year old with a 7" dick.

Evidence exists that consistent VED use with a Titan gains even more length.

Please don't share your belief that men will lose size. Mountains of medical research prove you wrong. Smaller hills of anecdotal proof that prove you wrong are becoming larger ones. You're scaring men from implants when the correct view is the opposite.

You have same size implant as I do and same RTEs I’m close to 7 in length and over 6” in girth which is definitely up from any time pre implant. I was over an inch short at first pump after implant as most are. It will come back if properly sized which sounds like you probably are. Three things:
- you're at 6" with a flaccid glans
- you're only 24+ hours post-op
- you have a 23 cm implant (22+1)

Unless you have a lot of belly fat, allowing for 6 cm of the implant being inside your body means your eventual length should easily get back to at least 6.5" with diligent cycling. If you do have a lot of belly fat, then your cock will thank you if you lose some weight.

I would recommend you not listen to a single word from men on FrankTalk who believe they have the authority to predict your exact size. They don't have a clue. And just like you, some dude told me back in Dec. 2021 that I was totally undersized and was gonna lose inches. I think I upset him somehow.
