Cylinder tips are 7/8 into my glans (erosion)

I feel like I have the same, my tips are also super far in and uncomfortable. Who did the first revision with the bovine tissue? I've seen Dr Perito talk about a technique called distal corporoplasty where I believe he repairs the corpora end by folding the capsule in half and stitching it shut.

Dr Eid for the original implant surgery and him again for the revision. I trust him but idk what’s going on. Maybe something with my anatomy or maybe I pump it up too much idk. I do get a lot of auto inflation. I got silicone injections so I’m worried it will complicate a revision.

Do you have the titan still?

Is your auto inflation issues gone with the AMS? Also I don't know whether Eid placed your reservoir submuscular and it made it more prone to auto inflation

Oh I didn’t know they could place the resivore in more than one place. Yeah I’m thinking he placed it under the muscles.

Yes two spaces for reservoir, 1) Retzius space next to bladder inside body cavity (next to illiac veins and artery), 2) Submuscular (ectopic). Some surgeons think ectopic is better for long term safety especially with people who have had pelvic/hernia surgery. But I wonder in submuscular space the reservoir is under more pressure and Titan auto-lockout valve just doesn't do as good of a job.

I also don't know if the AMS is less prone to auto-inflation

IDK looks like I might be fucked. I allready had a revision to correct erosion 3 years ago. They switched out the 26cm cylinders with 24cm cylinders and added in some dead bovine tissue where the erosion happend. Well now the tips are super far in and theres not much skin left at the tips. Feeling fucked IDK how im gonna continue on. IDK how more erosion happened after down sizing cylinders.

Hi, sorry to hear about that. Why do you think the first erosion happened? Was it oversized, or wrongly installed for some reason? Were the tips on your first surgery in the mid glans,or already too high from day one?

I would do traction with a vacuum cup attachment. This would essentially elongate the shaft and corpus chambers while the inner implant stays the same.

Had anyone actually done traction stretching while implanted? I'd be nervous about the cylinders getting 'off track' if that makes sense. Like... Maybe I'd pull my shaft or of the proper position and the cylinders then don't go straight into the glans anymore.
