Wow! That is WAY short of the glans.

Question for you: how did you get these MRI images? I mean, in what position was your body in to get this good imagery of the penis?

I just laid down on my back without moving. Actually it took a few tries as mri operators are not used to scanning penises. But it worked out well in the end. They first tried to wrap my penis so it does not move. But that wrapping made the images worse. Just leaving it inflated without moving was enough.

By the way, I see you had revision, are you currently at your natural size? And if so, how long did it take you to recover it?

I'm about 3/4" down from my natural size. Girth is about 1/4" increased from natural though

Did you lose 3/4 inch after the first surgery or the second? And did you recover anything by cycling post op?

It's amazing that even after sharing clear evidence your Turkish doctor just shrugged it off instead of offering a free revision and make it right. Not very ethical of this Turkish doctor. I wish there was a legal recourse you could pursue. But it's great that you didn't just give up and was able to to do the MRI to present clear evidence to other doctors. I'm curious where you got your MRI done. Was it same place in the US?

It would be awesome if surgeons would do a trimix induced erected MRI to chart out the corpora before surgery instead of going in there blind.

The MRI was in Turkey, it's quite cheap like $250 per mri out of pocket.

I know that some doctors, like rosello in Spain, like to do ecodoppler studies before the surgery precisely for this reason, to know the anatomy of your specific penis before the surgery and know how far they should go when dilating for example

OMG. 250 bucks. That is super cheap. Medicine is so much cheaper outside of US.

Have you considered consulting with some well know US surgeons like Eid, Hakky, Clavell?

I did a consultation with Clavell after my first surgery, and he agreed I needed a revision for floppy glans. However the USA does not have rigicon (which is covered by my warranty), so I did not consider doing it there

Thank you for sharing your story and I'm sorry for what your went through. Just like my auto insurance company tells me, "never admit fault" after an accident, I bet a surgeon’s medical malpractice insurance says the exact same fucking thing.

When I hear stories of the implant not even reaching the glans, I wonder if the surgeon used traction sutures to pull the implants into the glans.

You can tell it was done if you had "snake eyes" the small wounds near the end of the glans.

Looking at the MRI showing outward curvatures of the cylinders and Hegar dilator sets side-by-side, I wonder if the Hegar dilators were used with the curve facing outward instead of inward.

Very nice observation. And yes definetely my cylinders were pointing outwards and short of the glans, which created a super weird appearance of my penis. I really hated it. I know he used a blunt dilator and he didn't use scissors or anything to go deep into the glans. But he didn't tell me which model of dilator he used at all.

On the first surgery I did not notice snake eyes, on the second surgery I noticed them but they healed super quick, within a week. My glans seems to heal quite fast.

I believe the issue is that the doctor did not do the proper dilation until the end of the corpora cavernosa though.
