Revision

@discover new. My dr said not to use it for 3 weeks. The pump replacement was painless, however I had soreness.
I have a follow up appointment with my doctor in 4 weeks.

Hey Guys, after10 years my implant failed last year in April 2024.
I'm just now going in to have a revision April 8 2025. I think I've lost some length since that time. Do you think I will regain my normal length ?
I had the 21 cm LGX implanted at that time, Dr. Loh Doyle and Dr. Boyd did the orginal implant and Dr. Loh Doyle at USC Keck is doing the revision on April 8.
Going foward l will keep the implant family informed.

Everything i've heard about revisions is that you will have more growth afterwards. My Doc told me that as well. I'm only 2 years in and I do think about when it's my time for a revision. I'm kinda looking forward to it. Yes I'm crazy and having much fun with mine.

Does this still apply if you are waiting a long time for a revision (6 months - 1 year ??) I thought you would lose size in that situation.

Revisions give you a bigger implant but not necessarily a bigger penis. In fact, there is even a member of this forum who got a bigger implant but smaller penis.

That's crazy, I recall my surgeon said my next revision would be bigger, but I can't get my head around how a bigger implant equals a smaller penis.

If you need to wait for a while to get the revision surgery done, use a VED everyday to get a good long stretch. It will regain size you have lost in the interim, make the tissue more pliable, and give your surgeon the best conditions to give you the biggest implant for your anatomy.
