Anyone on Zoloft for depression and panic attacks?

How reliant are you on the Antidepressants? At risk of sounding like Dr Bro, do you exercise daily? Go outside daily? Nature, socialise, yoga, meditate.

You can get off those drugs I'm sure of it.

Every single morning I wake up depressed, as in flat on the scrapheap peel me off the floor depressed. If I somehow muster up the energy to drag my carcass out of my coffin I remain depressed until I go to the gym.

Then that fixes me for the rest of the day and it's all Chucklevision from then on.

.... Until the next morning. Its like Groundhog day haha

i dont have implant yet and waiting for my date.Paxil 20mg daily in The morning and my mood is set whole day.i m taking Paxil since 20 years everyday without any side effect....in fact Paxil makes me calm and i feel more horny as my mental state stay stablei also keep handy Lorazepam for sudden panic attack. Melatonin is best for happy sleep for me.

Thank you, I do go to the gym and I used to play rugby. Definitely need to get more serious about it. I’m on Testosterone so that helps I’m sure. It’s great to hear the gym works well for you. I’m happy for you!

Thank you. I became really scared seeing blood and pus come out of the penis. Being in there for over a week thinking am I infected , will I be alright. I was taken to the OR and surgeon declared it was still bleeding so he stitched me up again. Luckily don’t have to take out the implant. Time was an huge blur to me. Very scary time. Next month my grandma died and they took out her pacemaker. She was bleeding all over the floor. That solidified what happened to me. I see flashbacks of it every single day from the moment I wake up. I have panic attacks like a heart attack.

well Paxil has no side effects so i m taking since 20 years and will take it till my last breath ,its my CHILL PILL.....just tell ur doctor u want to try Paxil and he should not have any problem...i have no idea about 40mg as i m taking 20mg,i think u should start 20mg and see how will u feel.no i never try Vyvanse....u should check ur T level as well....low T level also cause Depression and panic attack
