I wonder if it is because he thinks younger men might risk erosion?

He has no problem implanting Rigicons in elderly patients. He has several videos where he does this. And he seems to really like Rigicons
Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is sexual health expert Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. Surgery scheduled 5/19/25

Here are surgeons who will likely appreciate Rigicon a lot. Rigicon is just beginning to make its mark. They’re poised to gain serious momentum by some influencers once the Rigi Infla 10 receives FDA approval.

does tactra come in different girth?

i'm planning on going back to inflatable AMS from my genesis which was placed at the time of infection recently, but looking at my options.
Radical Prostatectomy in 2015; failed pills, straight to Coloplast Titan in 2019 by Dr. Valenzuela; Replaced with AMS 700 CX in 2022 by Dr. Patel in San Diego. Infection after fat grafting injections in Mexico - now with Genesis Malleable, 2024.

Yes, for Tactra's girth, they basically have small, medium and large ones (attached).

I'm surprised that so many guys don't mind multiple surgeries on their penis.

This. I'm really hoping this is the last procedure I have. Doesn't seem like a good thing to have revision after revision after revision...
Born 1990. ED since age 20 after a bicycle accident. Coloplast Genesis malleable implanted December 2024. Read my implant journal here.

I had 3 surgeries in 12 months on my penis I guarantee you it has not done my penis any favors for sure. I have lost sensitivity .. it looks different .. and it is still painful after the last surgery in 6-2024.
Rigicon since 6-2023 happy to share my experience and do show and tell

Glad you’re finally happy, Cautious! BTW, if you have concerns about girth, there’s always dermal filler.

This makes me very jealous; my initial choice was a Rigi10, but I was talked out of it. Not too happy with my LGX, so I’ve been in contact with Hakky about an MPP swap.
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

What aren't you happy about? We spoke in messages but I cannot remember you stating what you did not like about it
