Should not have any issues, I will take a 20mg Cialis with nitric oxide, no problems, I only take the Cialis as I have so much of it leftover throughout the years, don't really need it anymore, the nitric oxide supplements seem to do the trick, along with exercise.

Do you have to take the nitric oxide supplements daily? Or do they work straight away ??

I take the supplements daily, really helps with blood flow. Really works great taking prior to exercising.

I’ve noticed that the right cylinder tip is not as high into the glans as the left one and kind of sticks out a bit. The last woman I was with mentioned that it was poking her and it made her sore.

What can I do to mitigate this? Is this just a case of getting the glans to engorge more?

I’m not sure how to proceed really.

Consider Trimix uretral gel. It will make the glans engorge and might be just what you are looking for.

I’ve tried it and while yes, it does work, it’s very expensive to buy. It’s like £65 for 4 tubes if I remember correctly.

Hi sonny,
I am not implanted yet but I would try with higher cialis dose and cock ring.

Also, I remember you struggled very much with sensation and orgasm. Maybe you bang your chick too hard because of that lack of sensation? How is it going from that point of view?

Does she know you have an implant? or what exactly did she comment?

My left is a solid 3/8” shorter than the right-Clavell did mine

That 3/8 distance is when inflated or deflated? i know many tips tend to become uneven when deflated, but they should be pretty even when inflated to the max

Inflated… hang to the right side and at the end of the day the uneven tips look insane

Did you ask clavell about this? I don't think tips are supposed to look like this when inflated. What did he say about it?

He installed the original and did the revision in less than a year. I think he’s a little tired of me bitching about his work. I paid out of pocket and had to pay roughly $5k for the revision(which is crazy). He basically doesn’t respond to my questions anymore
