Probably plan to lose 10-20 pounds, give it a few months, see where that goes. It might right me. But if it doesn’t… I’m not wrong to just skip past the pumps and injections, am I?

I started on Ozempic in September of 23, by Jan 25 I have lost 60Lb. When I was in Yuma for the winter of 24, my desire for sex life had returned and got some Trimix. This is working for me. If you want to lose weight I would try Ozempic.

When I was in my mid 50’s, Cialis just wasn’t working reliably anymore. Some nights I could do it, others not. Then I tried platelet rich plasma injections, along with shockwave treatments and I noticed some improvement with reliability, but that improvement faded.

I then went with injections, trying to make those work combined with headache inducing Cialis. The injections created a deep ache, deep in the crus, and that ruined just about every erection I got. I spent the last 7 years trying to make this work, with all the crushing emotional hurt when I had yet another failure in the bedroom.

So I think I waited far too long to have the surgery, which just took place three weeks ago. In my opinion, try the Tri mix injections, because they do work for some, and without the major ache. However, if it doesn’t work, or hurts too much, over the first few months, get the implant!
