When do you know when it’s time?

Thanks everyone. Part of me wants to just get it over with and enjoy life, part of me feels that I probably have enough functionality that if I lose some weight I won’t really need it for another few years. I remember the mental mess it was getting out of this state last time, and I do not look forward to it again.
Probably plan to lose 10-20 pounds, give it a few months, see where that goes. It might right me. But if it doesn’t… I’m not wrong to just skip past the pumps and injections, am I?

I started on Ozempic in September of 23, by Jan 25 I have lost 60Lb. When I was in Yuma for the winter of 24, my desire for sex life had returned and got some Trimix. This is working for me. If you want to lose weight I would try Ozempic.
