I am 48 years old have had ED since I was 16, I can get an erection but I can not maintain it, tried pills I dont like the side effects, tried Trimix it has been hit and miss, I think I should get an implant.
Re: Tankermans Journey
Tank I am abouy 11 days post implant and I am only partially pumped but I can say it looks pretty good and I feel it will one day be as big as before and probably thicker..I saw it fully pumped on the operating table for a few secs and I remember vaguely through the sedatives that it looked pretty damn straight ...then I recall the anesthesiologist telling me to touch it and check out dr eids handy work..and then he joked: "that's a weapon of mass destruction just take off the M" Lol!! like I said I was under sedation but I remember it feeling rock hard like never before and thats what really counts I guess..look fwd to a rock hard tool no matter small or big!
54 y/o and suffered from organic ED (peyronies) for 10+ yrs. Pills stopped working, injections too painful and VED not for us.

The general "rule-of-thumb" is to pull your flaccid penis straight out, as far as possible ... now look down, that is about the length size you will get from an erect Implant.

I told them I am having hernia surgery. I told them the last time I had one it felt like they stapled my tit to my knee cap. I will be off for 17 days. I am just worried about going back to work with the possibility of semi-wood. Well is that a banana in your pocket or are you happy to see me. .... NO Jim I am not happy to see you

Having a semi-wood should not be a noticeable if you wear fairly loose fitting pants. Those with a pleat in the front would be best. And no one is suppose to be eyeing your crotch anyway.
The pouch briefs keep the woody well contained but they are a nuisance as you must drop your pants to pee.
All this will be history soon though an you will just be enjoying your new capability.

Hi
i was upfront with my boss and told him exactly what i was having done. I am not ashamed about having had prostate cancer and that causing ED. Be upfront and tell them. i was amazed how many blokes have come up to me and ask really decent questions not only about prostate cancer but also ED

Imho...no ..go with one of the top uros in this field. (You won't be sorry)..they are easy to find here on FT. I dont know what insurance you have but find out who accepts it among these elite specialists and go with him or her. Even if you have to travel the trip will be well worth it and most of these doctors have travel information and tips (because they attract many patients from all corners. I myself used Dr Eid in nyc and he did an incredible job! Google him (and others such a Gurber and Millam) and you will see the professionalism and dedication to this one specific art ,penile implants!
Good luck moving on a foward (if you decide to)!
PM me if you want more info. I'd be glad to help!

Re: Tankermans Journey
Good luck going forward. Size wise, I am the same or better in length inflated and maybe a little better in girth. This is at about 7 months. Flaccid is a different matter. I used to be about 2-3 inches, now I am about 5-6 and this is with an ANS 700 LGX.
Loose pants cover a lot of work. I was able to conceal a thigh bag for a catheter that was required after pre-implant surgery to repair a restricted bladder neck due to my prostate cancer surgery. Bladder work was done pre-implant to reduce the risk of infection.
I told my work exactly what was going on, they DIDN'T WANT ANY DETAILS, chickens I guess. Got a little teasing from a couple of friends about how they would run away from the implant surgery fast, but it was good natured and they were supportive.
Tankerman, you get the old truckers joke award. You know, old truckers never die, the just get a new "Peter" built.
As a computer worker, I just got new "hard" ware. As an Amateur Radio operator I have move to a higher frequency.
Your urologist might need replacement.
