I feel like everybody over 50 is overjoyed like a child from the penile implant while it is more the younger guys who struggle - maybe because they had some residual erectile function, maybe because they need more revisions over life time.
Anybody agrees?
A general urologist told me that those who still have quality residual erections after the implant tend to be more satisfied, and in his opinion the happiest of all are those with prior history of venous leak who were able to achieve a solid erection but struggled to keep it and then went for the implant.
If it were not for the residual encorgement and nerves still firing well for experiencing sensitivity and pleasure, a strap-on fuck session would still do the job.
The degree of complications one has had can also tank the reviews.
Think of a car that was a lemon with a lot of defects (sexual dysfunction - psychogenic, congenital vascular defects.....) from the outset versus a car that has proven a solid 70,000 miles on the road but just needs a transmission repair and it gets back to normal again after the repair/swap.
Also, the quality of sexual relationship (stable/dating) one has, the esteem cues he gets from partners, success in other areas in life..... can confound the reviews projected on these implants.
