Hi marc

Your concerns are normal even more because you have to pay. But in addition of other comments, let me tell you, if it works as it's supposed to after 6 weeks you will be able to fuck again and with cycling you'll get better and better. So just do it if you haven't other choices and pray to get your implant clean and working. You won't regret it!

I don't believe you need one who does 800 in a year; just someone who takes his craft seriously.

I have no surfboard at all and my girth is 5.1"
I think it's pretty round flaccid and pumped.

My hearing isn't good at high frequencies (thanks US Army), but I can't hear any pump sounds nor has my wife ever mentioned that.

If you have no pre-existing condition like Peyronies or fibrosis, a competent surgeon will not have you lose any length.

If you have a good result, you'll be a happy guy, and your wife will love the experience. I know mine does and she's 84. A young 84 though lol.

Good luck to you.

Just wanted to take a minute and say that I think it's awesome that you and your wife are in your 80's and still having sex. Hats off to you!

I think it's mainly accounting gimmickry. When you pay you are billed the actual cost. When an insurance company gets billed, they are charged a higher rate (often referred to as the maximum "reasonable and customary" rate), generally in an attempt to maximize the payout from the insurance company to the practice.

This higher amount is *not* what the insurance company pays. They go back and negotiate the payment with the practice/hospital, and the negotiated rate is usually much closer to the "out of pocket" rate, though still somewhat higher.

Basically the practice says "wow this is a really expensive procedure!" and the insurance company comes back with "nice try, I see what you did there, lmao!" and they work it out from there.
