Thankfully my wife has never complained about being poked by my Bionic Dick. I have the Boston Scientific AMS implant which has the more rounded tips. When I first got my implant I was concerned about my glans being floppy and the possibility that my wife would feel the tips of the implant, but after I healed up and the blood flow got better to my glans, she has never said that she feels them.

I started on 2.5 per day. Then 5mg. Then finally 10mg per day.
