Yes, welcome to the brotherhood wowzer. That's an impressive dick you have.
Your recovery seems to be going well. As others have said always follow your own doc's instructions. It is a long haul but worth it.
I found that once residual discomfort from the surgery started to subside things very slowly got better.
After a lot of daily cycling, at nearly 18 weeks I feel pretty much "normal" now, even when pumped up rock hard during sex.
Don't try and rush it, you'll get there :).

Finally implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal.
Recovery great so far but have a bend.

You look like you're healing up very well for being so early in the process! I hope everything continues to improve for you, and I hope to have as easy a recovery when my time comes later this year.

And as others have mentioned: nice package!

ok so i made it 7 days since the op ;) I've survived haha

Still some swelling, but most of the discomfort has subsided. There's just a minor issue with the boys banging around the pump.

also I can fell myself needing a release soon, my bellend is constantly getting engored when I'm turned on and feels like I'm inflating a little bit too.

the scar at the base is healing nicely, always hurts in the morning from the weight of my dick and balls stretching it 1st thing but it is what it is.

had my last Amoxicillin yesterday, and I stopped taking codeine after a few days as I wasn't in that much pain that I required them.

I'm desperate to give myself a little pump  8-) I haven't had my cycling day letter come through yet - but it's all going well so far so no need to reach out to anyone and ask just yet, but I will by week two if needed.

I had to pop outside today to get something - do you think anyone noticed :D

Also when did you guys start this cycling process? inflate a bit and leave it for a while before deflating? is that correct?

Had my appointment earlier this week at UCLH and have been recommended for an implant. Next appointment I will be shown the how they work!

How long did it take from choosing the implant to surgery did it take?
Also do you get to a choose which implant?
I'm not as blessed as you in that department so worried about loss of size. Would prefer ams 700 LGX but don't think the NHS does that!

Often the surgeon chooses the best option for your anatomy at the time of your surgery, but I think it's good to discuss it in advance so they know your preferences and objectives. I'm in Australia so can't comment on UCLH or the NHS process in the UK, but I have read of other FT members over there getting the Rigicon equivalent of the AMS 700 LGX. I believe it's the Infla10 Pulse AX, which claims to expand in both length and girth. The OP of this topic actually lists that he has an AMS 700 series but not the model (he's a big lad so likely it's a CX/XL), but I would ask about the LGX anyway. Some size loss immediately after the procedure is common but often regained over time with healing and regular cycling of the implant. That's my own experience and seems to be that of many others. There's also a good chance that flaccid you'll end up larger than before. Best of luck!

Hi mate have you been told roughly how long the wait is for the operation?

By the way I think you do get the choice of Titan or AMS. There are others on her who have had an LGX at UCLH even though they predominantly do Titans.

Hi mate,
Thats what I was asking too. I was told last week that I'm suitable for the implant and the following day, the hospital called me and gave an appointment at the end of the month with a nurse who will show me the implants. Not sure how long it'll take for the surgery once I've chosen the implant, but will update as soon as I find out!!

I think that the people who got LGX at UCLH did it privately. Think LGX isn't on NHS, which I'm hoping I'm wrong!

Please do man!

Yeah I have read a few with LGX but can’t remember if they were private. I think it’d make sense to have a choice even with it being NHS. Fingers crossed for you!
