I am still going through full cycle in the morning during shower and right before I go to sleep. There is a dull ache in penis and scrotum which may be neuropathic pain. This is relieved with gabapentin three times a day. Dr. prescribed 10 days supply. Hopefully this will go away soon.

Surgical drain was removed and I got to see what my new penis looked like in detail.

First photo is at maximum tolerable inflation ~75%



This is at ~50% inflation

This is crinkly penis at ~25% inflation. Penis is moldable and I can feel plastic tubing and air and fluid in the implant.

At ~80% inflation. Maximum tolerable at the moment. The knots in the implant is almost non-noticeable at this degree of inflation. I am still 2 cm shorter in length (14.5 cm vs 16.5 cm) and 0.5 cm shorter in girth (14.5 cm vs 15 cm).

Hey xbd007 - how was your overall experience with Dr Taj? I am trying to determine which surgeon to go with, and am leaning towards Hakky w/travel to Atlanta. However, Dr Taj is much closer to me and I could get away with a very short drive.

It’s been hard for me to gauge his personality and background from the videos I’ve seen by him on YouTube, and I haven’t read a ton about him in here, but am aware he’s considered a higher volume implanted here in the states.

Hey xbd007, have you accounted for your inferpubic incision, swelling, and scaring, into your 2cm length loss? Are you able to get the same bone-pressed measurement that you got pre-op? The swelling alone could account for 2cm.

There isn't a whole lot of swelling. My erect penis pre-op was much bigger. It seems I'm just not able to inflate my penis to same degree. Perhaps tunica contraction and scarring? Overlying skin is loose and not tight as with pre-op natural erection. Also my penis is much darker than before. Perhaps bruising?

You shouldn't have tunica scaring holding your back, since you started cycling very early.
I too have a 24cm titan and I'm 18.5cm bone pressed to tip. 4 weeks out from surgery.

The guy in that last photo has a lot of padding in front of his pubic bone. Maybe not swelling. If some of that padding was missing, the guy in that photo would probably have himself a monster!
