30sAdventurer, glad things continue to go well ! The concern about tenderness post-op and pumping is common. It may be a challenge at first, but the tenderness will heal and the stiff pump will soften up with use.

The pump and deflate button are very stiff and the interior of my scrotum feels extremely tender around it. It has (admittedly) got better in the last week and a half, but I have a nervousness that it’s going to be really challenging to cycle…

So I have a few updates.

1. I got up and went out of the house for a few hours today to the park and for lunch. The pain was manageable but tricky at times. Both my shaft and the pump get quite uncomfortable when compressed by my underwear or sitting on chairs. I know this is getting better though because before I couldn’t sleep easily with this discomfort. As a reminder I’m just under two weeks from my surgery date.

2. I’ve never been particularly ‘proud’ of my flaccid size. I am now in a position where it’s quite visible (not embarrassingly so) if I wear sweatpants. I love this.

3. BIG NEWS. I was laying down just now and thought “screw it” I’m going to just push through some pain and try to inflate this thing… so I did… and it worked. Some thoughts / observations:

A. The first pump is kind of breaking the seal, the pump really popped. After this it was much easier to inflate doing little pumps.

B. The pain from my shaft was very manageable. The pain from my scrotum trying to pump was really challenging… but I managed it.

C. Trying to deflate after was worse, I haven’t mastered this yet - I feel like I am trying to hold the button down more than I need to (I understand it may continue to be in ‘deflate mode’ for a few seconds after a push?

D. So, how did it look. The answer is not as big as I think it was before, I have definitely lost a bit of girth and I wasn’t that girthy before. It also looked a tiny bit shorter. HOWEVER, three things: number one, it’s not so bad right now to make this procedure not worth it, having a hard dick on command is a wonder and it DID feel quite a lot like being normally erect. Number 2, I got the LGX with the intention to recover a bit of length and girth if needed (who knows if this is a gimmick or not…) plus I know from reading on here that it should improve anyway with cycling. Number 3, I found it difficult to pump beyond a certain point where I wonder, if I kept going, the cylinders might expand a bit? I guess the length extending out is the easy bit, you maybe have to push more liquid in to get the implant to expand outwards more?

E. My glans didn’t really get engorged but I put that down to still recovering and being in some pain. When I’ve woken up in the morning I think some of my penis tissue and my glans have been a bit engorged so I think this might improve with time.

Altogether a big step, although painful, I expect my scrotum to be quite sore for the next 24 hours, but I had to break the seal at some point!!!

Thanks again for your support everyone it means a lot!

Ok second time cycling today. It still hurts quite a lot but managed ok and does pump quite quickly. I think with the pain gone it will be quite efficient.

I have to say I’m a bit down about the slight loss of size. I think it’s noticeable both from a length and girth perspective. Is it realistic to expect much of a change here?

For those reading and not implanted I will say that it’s not overwhelming dismay. I have a cock that works to have sex whenever I want now so I am not regretting my decision. I just wasn’t that girthy before so am particularly keen to try and get some of that back if I can!

Any experience welcome from the other members of the Bionic Brotherhood!

30sAdventurer, again congrats on what appears to be a very successful procedure and good recovery ! There are volumes written in this forum on regaining size. From the Implants section of the forum, if you scan the first 5-10 pages of thread topics you'll find thread topics regarding regaining size. Everything from aggressive cycling, to Perito exercises, to VED use, to fillers and additional surgeries -- its all there.

Thanks for the journal update.
