If you're unsure whether the OP is me, you can ask the site admin to verify. The OP also mentioned that he would post pictures later.
Otherwise stop this nonsense. The OP went through a hell of an experience (one that I believe is fairly common) and now that it's finally resolved, he took the time to share it with us. Show some respect.
Admin need to take you off the site completely for everyone’s sake

At 28 i went with IPP, Coloplast Titan. And everything went wrong... i had an infection. It was a severe infection not possible for salvage surgery. After 3 months i tried again, this time without infection. I Lost an inch, from 6.2 to 5.3.
I had the Titan for 6 years until i got a leak.
This is My experience (that might not be as good as other implantees)
With the Titan the rigidity was extremely good (in fact much more than a normal erection if pumped max). It worked good, but i wasnt really fully satisfied.
- I didnt like the feeling of the bioflex
- i had really visible the tubes in the base of My penis, i know that probably most don't, but mine could be seen and touch, the same with the pump. i hated it
- It gives a wide penis , as much as your tissue can go. That is in part good, but also Bad: it can difficult the inflow of blood and a residual erection to the Spongiousum. So i had a cold penis, with the glans not erected, with less sensation. i could only reach a full erection when i was near orgasm.
- I was always with fear to the mechanical failure. An ipp can go for 10 years, but also can last less than 1. Nobody knows, it's luck. That terrified me. I know that the ipp has nothing to do with that, that is how i felt. But that fear prevented me to have a normal sex feeling. I tried to used it only when needed, trying to expand as much it's mechanical life. And it had a progressive leak at 6 year mark. As i'm young, already had an infection ( believe me that is the worst thing that ever happened to me), and would probably need many more surgeries in My life with it's risks and with high economic burden, i explored the idea of MPP.
After reading many good reviews (mbambo, Dukecicero, theDriver, lasthope, and others) i decided to go for MPP
I could choose to have a free Titan replacement, or a Genesis. But i decided to go for the MPP Rigi10.
Why? hidro coating to lower infection rates, cilindrical tip, more Diameters to better fit, Lifetime Warranty, more axial rigidity than Genesis, and probably more durability.
The Surgery went Bad again, i got a massive hematoma where the pump was, the scrotum black and as a grapefruit. I Had to go to a second surgery to Washout the hematoma, and the fear of an infection was back to me.
Luckily everything went fine and now i'm 4 Month postop.
I was initially worried because i was left with a skinnier penis ( 12 mm Cil, i was expecting 13).
Today i can finally Say that i'm extremely happy with My decision.
- with The Mpp + cockring i have great natural erections that i didnt have with the Titan. My penis fills with blood giving me a normal erection. No one can possibly tell i have an implant.
- it has a semirigid state , 5.2 inch length and skinny . But when erect it goes to 5.7 inch and good Girth ( i have to measure yet).
- i prefer the flacid of The IPP. But without doubt i prefer the full erection with the mpp . There is of course some adaptation, with the clothes , underwear , but nothing important to me.
- I find much more natural this erection, in feeling, warm to touch, it's angle, and without the tubes+pump that i hated.
- The rigidity is obviously less than the Titan, but it's as rigid as a normal erection, i don't SEE a loss in that aspect
- Now i'm finally in peace, happy. I don't have the fear of mechanical failure, i can relax and enjoy. I can use it without the feeling that it might fail. That is A LOT to ME.
- The mpp surgery is much easier, with less risks, better recovery in general, and a Lot cheaper.
The IPP is a great implant, but was not for me. I think it's great for someone not as young, with less surgeries ahead, with Insurance, or with guys that don't have residual bloodflow to the spongiosum ( the ipp in that case Will result in a much better erection than the Mpp). The Ipp it might also be preferred for Big penises for better concealment.
If i could go back in time, i would go directly to the MPP, for sure. I think it's a GREAT option for a Young guy with venous leal and good arterial flow.
With the IPP i felt i had a good treatment. With the MPP i feel "cured" ( i know, it's only a feeling, i Will need another surgery hopely in 15/20 y)
Thats My experience, it might not be as others. But i think it Will be valuable to a Lot of Young guys in this situation. I Will post a picture later, to show the difference between the Semirigid and the Erect State ( just a Standard penis)
I know that many of You might be in a dark place, as i was, but trust that things Will get Better.
Thank you Neisseriaceae for sharing your valuable experience with us. You have gone through a lot with your implant journey at such a young age. As someone with insurance that doesn’t cover these implants, I feel extremely fortunate to have my silver standard MPP

As a fellow younger guy, this was very reassuring to read. I’m scheduled to get an MPP soon. When I first accepted that I would need an implant, I was actually excited, but then hopeless again once I realized how expensive an IPP can be and as you mentioned the constant worry of mechanical failure. I'm guess I'm too risk averse...
Because of my age, my biggest priority is longevity and I want my implant to last AT LEAST 15 years if possible. I just know I would be lucky to get 10 years since I would considered a myself frequent user before even ED and I also intend to make up for lost time. Your experience and Principle’s as well really highlights the nightmare scenario I want to avoid.
I’d still prefer an IPP ideally, it's just feels too financially risky for me right now unless I were older or covered by Medicare. There are too many variables out of my control when it comes to insurance coverage in US.

If I go six years with my LGX, I’ll consider that a triumph. Question is: where do I go from there?
Yes, please post some pics—not because I like staring at dicks, but because I didn’t have the best cosmetic result, and am curious regarding the cosmesis of the MPP.

40. Implanted July 5, 2024, AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

lol
This guy has just an insane amount of time on his hands. I wonder why he’s so obsessed with erect dicks… it’s not like he’s ever gonna get to use it with someone!
this post is nearly identical from one about a week ago . the op ,then went on later to say he changed his mind and does not like the mpp ,because it buckles ,so he went back to a ipp .
thats a strange coincidence.
ok not identical , but similar . the other post was by" mr nice guy". his was more indepth on how he disliked the ipp and liked the mpp .
until he flipped on both later .
so for now it 1-1 mpp versus ipp , with members who had both .
American , retired in the philippines .

Ready, they are all tooyoung. Or whoever he is. Neisse, DJ.soles, pumpless_mthfckr. We can probably assume whoever else pops up with similar tales. It’s all just one sad/sick little dude…
50. Implanted 5/21/2024 at Kaiser SSF. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

Letoman, You are being really disrespectful. You can search My user Neisseria. You Will see all My posts begining in 2013 until 2018, after the infection i never posted again , i tried to move on. As i had Both, i came back because i think it's a valuable perspective. Im not TooYoung, i think Ipp are great also, i have seen other results better than mine, without the tubes in the shaft, or with better bloodflow.
In My case, i prefer the Mpp. It's the way i feel. Justo try not to disqualify me

as i promised , i'm showing the "semirigid" state and the Erected State. You can SEE the scar of My old Titan reservoir ( the first one was done with additional inguinal incision).
Just a Standard dick, nothing impressive, but i'm really happy with the result. I hope this helps
