Yo.
So I lost a half inch in both length & girth. I went from 8" in L & 6" in G to 7.5" & 5.5" respectively. I think it's true that if you are on the larger side that your odds are potentially higher to lose a bit & if average or below the implant can more easily restore/gain.

Worth noting probably is that my pre surgery measurements were taken off a bimix injection, which was working really well for me for a short time; until it started scarring & becoming difficult to inject. I opted to get implant as soon as that happened & unfortunately, I didn't know about veds being helpful until 2 weeks before surgery.

I really think using those pre surgery help guys, from what I've since read, so I'd recommend doing that if you're going with an implant. I'm happy with my results & ok to have traded a small amount of my size for stress free multipurpose erections. It's so easy now & can keep it up for as long as I want & for any reason at all. I'm happy & wishing the same for you. Good luck lad!

For you guys that got implanted here - does your glans still engorge or does it stay small and lifeless?

So glans engorgement for me is that when I'm turned on, it swells up making it difficult to feel the tips of the implant. If I just pump it up with no arousement, you can feel them by pressing in to the glans.

I think if you have glans engorgement currently you should retain that after implant. Especially with a penoscrotal approach- nerve bundle completely avoided- reducing chance of sensation loss. Another option that works for many is taking Cialis/pde5s

But for me glans engorgement is decent when excited & excellent if I take a small dose Viagra, Cialis, etc. The implant goes into the glans tho so even without any engorgement it's not floppy or lifeless. Just smaller & you can palpate the tips of cylinder with fingers. Hope this helps

Irish Lad 34, I get noticeable engorgement, it seems to make sensation better for me, and my wife notices and it seems to send a confirming signal that I'm really excited by her. I take nitric oxide supplements and have stayed on daily Tadalafil (Cialis).

Hey Chuck,
Thanks for all your contributions. Maybe you have already said this, but would you mind sharing which supplements work for you? I'd rather take a supplement than a piece of levitra if possible. I don't have to take anything but I notice sensation is increased slightly when I do

Jgoody, thanks for your comment :) I take L-Arginine (8000mg) and L-Citrulline (4000mg) daily to increase nitric oxide, plus, 5mg Tadalafil daily. Here's a thread that might be of interest to you.

How to get more blood flow to the glans?

On a separate, but related, topic -- libido can also affect blood flow. If you're chasing libido, I highly recommend you check these out - especially the post regarding THC/CBD. I have experienced great libido increases with PT-141, and now THC/CBD. These have minimal-to-no side effects, and avoid complications that can come with hormone replacement. In March I posted 2 messages in another section, one on each, one message right after the other.

Irish Lad 34, from the information I've gathered, I don't believe implants are specifically known to increase engorgement. You might want to check out the information in my post just before this one.

Great, thanks man! I'm going to order these & give it a try. I've been out of this really old prescription of levitra for a few weeks & if I remember correctly it's not exactly cheap. I may ask for Cialis next month at the Dr but I remember it not working (by itself) for me when pills still worked for me. Appreciate you sharing that with me!

If you get a prescription filled check out Mark Cuban’s CostPlus Drugs. By I get my Tadalafil from there for about $20 for 3 months. I just took a quick look and generic Levitra is about $60 a month.
