For guys that had Scrotoplasty with their IPP: How long until you were allowed to cycle?

I had mine done and I have a Rigicon MMP .. after the 1st implant I complained about shown size .. a month later they thought I had an infection so they cut it back open to look .. no infection so they trimmed the boys up laying on my back really makes him looks good now .. I need to get the belly fat surgery but high risk so I'll be happy with what I have . .. I never paid anything extra and I think of the Dr. writes it up as being necessary for the implant to be done right it's all covered worth checking into. But for the end result well worth it balls don't hit the water in the toilet anymore ..lol

I see you have 2027 projected date of surgery. I would recommend doing what you can to get rid of fat pad if you have some there.

I never heard of Tersepatide so I looked it up. I see it helps sleep apnea as well. I will have to research that some more.

Sure! Yes, also helps with sleep apnea, along with the weight loss. I buy mine out of pocket, $400 per self dose pen. I self administer 20 units every 4.5 days so my pen lasts exactly 90 days. This is considered a low dose and not the standard protocol of weekly shots. I made my schedule up, to fit the numbers evenly: 20x4.5= 90. I buy mine via PayPal from a guy. The process felt sketchy, but I had firsthand experience from my neighbor. She lost 50 lbs this past winter. To get my script: a Zoom call with a doctor in Mexico. Steve, in Baja, Mexico is my supplier. Again, sounds sketchy, but I was going off of first hand experience. Witnessing my neighbors weight loss. Side note, if you have any wording in your medical charts of “diabetic “ or “sleep apnea” “obesity”, this may justify your doc to write and submit for insurance. Maybe not Zepbound (brand name) (terzepatide, the drug) but at least Osempic, similar. Terzepatide mimics a hormone that signals the feeling of stomach being full and slows down the rate that the stomach empties and the speed of the intestines/bowels. I have no skin in the game. No kick backs or customer referral gimmick. This has been a miracle drug to me. Down 120 lbs from the heaviest I ever was. Tried Atkins, Weight Watchers, etc. I’m now focusing on my eating habits and emotions. My shrunken stomach, I use that to my advantage. Following a low carb lifestyle. Don’t count anything. Follow up: as I was writing the earlier post, I was cooking a single teriyaki chicken thigh. I ate it, was still hungry, I waited 10 minutes. Now the food has hit my bloodstream, the few sugars that were in the marinade. I’m full. Satisfied. Satiated.

Steve, my “coach”, at one point asked me if I was feeling hungry during the day. I said yes. He wanted me to up my dose to the point of not being hungry. This is the norm for these drugs. I didn’t like this. I talked to my neighbor. She was at 50 units weekly and not hungry and eating about 1,000 calories a day. I didn’t like this. I wanted to deal with my hunger, emotions, and eating habits. I didn’t want to lose weight by not being hungry, go off the drug, and fall back into old eating habits. So, I actually went down in my dose, I think I had got up to 30 or 35 units weekly. The recommend starting doses is 25 units weekly. I wanted a pen to last 90 days. The pen only dials to whole/single units, (1,2,…20,21) so holding that variable constant (20) x4.5 days =90 days. Not sure Steve would approve, but it’s my schedule, it’s working. I just put in my calendar 2 events that repeat every 8 days respectively, one for am, one for pm. I’m in my second pen now since May/June I think. Lost 60 lbs on this drug. I’ve got 1 pen left. Taking that with me when I snowbird to South America. I lost 40 lbs there (last trip), a combination of the altitude (1 mile/6,000’ kicks up metabolism naturally), being away from American food, and hiking a lot. Love to hike. So I’ll use my last pen for 3 months there, and experience 3 months off the drug. Be there 6 months. I’m using this drug to lose weight, but taking the minimal amount to allow myself some manageable hunger so I can retrain my body and mind to eat better. Lots of walking too, I enjoy walking. That’s all. Still full
