Dr. Kramer said he would just install the CX again. He feels that the Titan has a higher chance of infection than the AMS.

I think it is just his preference. and he has mentioned this to other patients also and basically the AMS comes "baked with antibiotic" while the Titan 's antibiotic has to be added during the surgery. But I could be wrong.

Dr LoDoyle at USC/Keck in LA would be a better choice. check him out.

I had peyronies and also have a slight curve when flaccid. I assume it's leftover fibrosis because I'm perfectly straight when pumped up. Have you tried pumping just enough to straighten out the curve while you sleep? I've been doing that for a few weeks—20-30% inflated—just to keep scaffolding, well, scaffolded.

Do you know if you got the new Tenacio or the MS pump? Dr Kramer recently posted a YouTube video of needing to swap out a failed tenacio for the tried-and-true MS pump. At least you broke it having fun.

Safe travels and good luck. Keep us posted on what inflation issue(s) may get discovered post-op!

There are some clinical studies that suggest that the AMS had lower rates of infection. Dr Kramer did my surgery and he said the same to me as to his preference for the AMS implant.
