My urologist prescribed me with 20 mg tadalafil/cialis after the implantation and remarked that it would still be beneficial with glans engorgement. I was on 5 mg daily prior to getting implanted.

Yes. I'm a firm believer and convinced my uro to prescribe it before surgery.
More blood flow + more oxygen= faster healing.
I ran out after 7 mo and didn't ask for a renewal. My wife says there is less engorgement since I stopped it. I may go back on it.

That’s great! CVS had a price tag of over $1400 for a 90 day supply of 10mg Tadalafil when my doc sent them the script. I had him resend it to CostPlus Drugs who charges me $20.

Damn that's ridiculous. I remember them being crazy expensive. Even back when I used a men's clinic and got the super potent compound pharmacy sublingual ones. I'm thinking CVS used an auto coupon thing for it so hopefully it stays that way but if it hikes up again I'm going the mark cuban way you suggested. I took a screenshot of that and of the supplements you suggested.

Happy to report that the last 4 days I've taken 5 mgs daily (20mg Sunday when I had sex) that I've definitely noticed a difference. Overnight semis & head is super engorged when stimulated. Can't even find the tips of the cylinders feeling for it. I would also imagine this is good all around for circulation & even healing as some have said. My dicks staying a little warmer now too & I work outside. Thanks for all your guys's input

My experience with Cialis is this:

20+ years ago I took a 20 mg on Thursday evening and then 20 mg on Saturday evening (date night). That is what worked best for me.

1 year ago doc put me on 20 mg daily, my psa dropped I could whiz with power again occasional night erections.

Since my implant. I am on 5 mg daily. Does it help? I think I need a larger dose. A couple weeks ago the wife and I had a night away planned so I took two Thursday, two Friday, and two on Saturday. Definitely seemed to help with the depression aspect of it, which seems to be getting better the more time passes, especially since implant.

On the fence about trying it, do so.
You’ve read about some of the prices, wow. Before implanting when I was taking 20 mg daily pharmacy would run it through one of those reduced rx companies and took it down to 50ish bucks a month.
