Thank you, everyone.

It is wonderful to be in the midst of such a supportive group.

Here is a quick update from today October 19, 2025.

My doctor saw me on a Sunday (very awesome of him). He checked on the tube and the bulb and decided to wait till tomorrow before deciding on the removal of the bulb.

We also discussed the actual surgery itself. He actually took close to 7 hours in the OR. This is really my fault. The fact that I had silicone filler under my penile skin and scrotum skin has caused a number of issues. I had significant scar tissue which had to be navigated properly. Really, my doctor is a hero; he chose to do the right thing by not cutting any corners.

As a result, of the highly unique medical circumstances, the doctor wants to take things slowly. So, there will be a lot of visits and observations. He warned me that my recovery is likely to be slower than one hopes for.

But, I am optimistic, I am already recovery very, very quickly from the bicycle accident that mangled my left ribs, clavicle, scapula and lung. My orthopedic surgeon and my PT guy are both very impressed with my recovery. So, maybe I can recover through the IPP just as quickly.

But, I am going to be careful. This body part happens to be very dear to us on this board.

Separate from the above, the combination of the antibiotics and pain medication is making me nauseous. So, the doc prescribed some meds to handle that.

Next step is to keep on measuring the fill rate of the bulb (twice a day). As soon as it tapers off, the tube comes out. Maybe tomorrow (Monday). Maybe Tuesday.

Another important update:

The doctor cleared to remove the wrap and take my first shower today.

The doctor confirmed that cylinders are only 30% inflated.

IMG_5720.jpeg

I just remove the wrap. You can still see the Kleenex leftovers that I used to reduce the chaffing. You can also see the drain tube.

IMG_5723.jpeg

Did not lose any girth. If anything, I have more flaccid girth. But, I suspect that this swelling that will go away in the near future.

IMG_5724.jpeg

Bone-pressed measurement of my flaccid length. 6.5"? This is longer than my normal flaccid. Score! On the down side, my fat pad seems to have swollen after the surgery. Crap.

The good news is that there seems to be very acceptable level of bruising on my penis.

The important things going forward is to ice and keep the missile pointing upwards.

Wow, 7 hours is a long time to be in the OR. The area looks good though. I was really bruised all over. It looked like somebody had use my nuts as a punching bag. Congrats, I'm at a little over four weeks and have been just taking easy per doc instructions. Very hard for me to do by the way as I am a very active person. So, just take it easy you don't want that reservoir herniating or anything else herniating on you. I am anxiously looking forward to my cycling date of Nov. 4.!

Thank you Valdekio,

I am very happy with the quality of my doctor's work.

Of course, he is keeping a very close eye on me. He's already seen me twice since the surgery on 10/17 and will be seeing me again on Thursday.

I suspect He'll let me start cycling in about three week. Till then, even at 30%, I feel like I am walking around with a raging hard-on.

October 20, 2025 Update

The flow from scrotum into the bulb stopped and the doctor decided to pull the tube out and free me from this little dog leach around my nether region.

I took a walk with my wife from our apartment on the east side to the doctor's office in midtown - about 40 minutes navigating through the evening rush and the tourists around Madison Ave and 5th Ave.

The removal was a total non-event. The doc used some crazy glue to close me up and covered the wound area with a large band-aid sort of thing (a lot more technical-looking).

Then, we walked back home. I really felt very little discomfort.

One weird thing though, I kept on feeling like I was getting repeated hard-ons. It's like my penis is feeling stimulation from the movement and the blood is gushing in and making it a lot harder than when I am just sitting down. I had my hand inside the jacket pressing against my penis in order to hide it from the public.

Did any of you experience similar effects?

Headair123 wrote:Dear brotherhood,

I did it. I finally, really did it.

After a lot of talk with SWorks17 and a lot of talk and a great meeting with Goodwood, I managed to screw up the courage to submit to the tender mercies of my surgeon, Dr. Alex Shteynshlyuger in New York City.

I had the surgery on Friday the 17th of October, 2025 (I have to put the year in, just in case this ends up being an infinite thread…)

If any of you remember, I had a pretty weird thread discussing my thought process and how I wandered all over the place between the LGX and the Titan:
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=26525&hilit=headair

Basically, I already have silicone filler under my shaft skin and two large silicone testicles – I still have my original ones that have become quite small after years of TRT. In the end, My doctor and I decided that I needed the sturdiest and most rigid cylinders to support the “package”.

According to the post-surgery report, I have the Coloplast Titan Zero Degree cylinders. They are 24 cm + 1 cm RTE for a total implanted length of 25 cm. The reservoir is 125 cc and the pump is the OTR.

Right now, I think I am inflated to around 60% and it is quite STIFF. I wonder what it will be like when it is at 90% or higher. I’ll probably hang small home appliances off of it.

I also have a bulb attached to my scrotum to drain some blood and stuff. The pace at which it is filling up seems to be slowing down. The doctor asked for measurements every few hours. Based on what I report to him by the middle of the afternoon today, he may want to remove it either on Sunday or on Monday. We’ll see.

So far, the pain is quite manageable. It feels more like a sore dick than anything else. Kinda like when you have a 3-hour erection after a tri-mix injection. But I am taking Ketorolac (non-narcotic) every 6 hours and it is keeping the pain in check.

Congrats on your new implant. I am curious what was your size before the surgery?

24+1 is quite a large size implant.

Awesome!! That’s great!! Your penis is getting stimulated by the movement and it sounds like you are getting engorgement. That’s great.

The stimulation feeling will likely calm down as things settle in and the engorgement will probably become more manageable.

That’s awesome!
