It's in, I don't know if it's fully pumped right now, but I'm seeing just over 6 inches. The pain is fairly severe. Throbbing aching pain. The angle looks good though. I came through after surgery yelling at what I thought were my co workers and shivering like crazy. The nurses put a heat gun tube under my blanket and warmed me up. That's that boys, holy fuck what a trip. When the swelling goes down will I see more length? It will grow more with cycling to right? I'm pretty happy guys! Wow.
Edit: 21cm+1cm rte ams 700 lgx implanted

Re: Here we go.
Congrats!!!
That’s is excellent news. Good for you.
Yes, you’ll see more length (and girth) as you heal and cycle. The tissue around the base of your penis is swollen and as that settles down, more length will be visible. And as you cycle, the cylinders will stretch and fill the corpus cavernosa to its limit.
But first. Ice ice ice ice ice ice ice. Keep that bad boy chilled for the first three days if you can. Less inflammation. Less swelling. Less pain. Stay off your feet and rest as much as possible these first few days. Your body needs to heal.
We are all cheering you on. Congrats.

Re: Here we go.
Congratulations Bigkernel! Yay!
You’re definitely a shower now!
Now, you’ve got to get a conceal carry for your new Bionic Weapon! Lol
To answer your question- with cycling you’ll probably see more gains.
With a 21cm and 1cm rear tips, you probably have more distal internal than proximal internal measurements.
Ask the doc for those measurements when he dilated your dick for the implant.
Congrats again!

bigkernel, congrats on a successful procedure, and welcome to the bionic brotherhood
It's likely you'll see more length with regular cycling, especially if you're significantly shorter than pre-op. But for now lots of ice and rest and patience -- especially patience. Recovery isn't fun for most guys, but its great that the worst is behind you now, and the best is ahead of you !!

Re: Here we go.
Day 2: I made it to the hotel now, it's a nice place. They said it was walking distance from the hospital and I would be fine getting there by foot. Which is ridiculous less than 24 hours after surgery with my duffle bag full of stuff in the pouring rain lol. So, after a bit of debating they agreed to pay for the cab as all my transportation is included in the package. The pain is definitely worse today and I'm off the opioid iv medication I was getting. Tbh that's probably for the best, but it is uncomfortable. If anyone reading this can outline how long the healing process takes or at least the first 2 weeks or so. Also, my implant is I'd say maybe 60-70 percent inflated and from what I understand will be for the next 4-6 weeks so any advice on how to hide my hard-on during this process would be appreciated. I've received all my anti-biotic medication and a mild pain killer. I'm still all bandaged up and not sure when would be a good time to attempt to shower, I've asked that question and am waiting on a reply.

My wife didn’t want my junk sticking out, so we shopped and got several pairs of loose sweat pants or joggers. Do not get light gray, that will really show your Bionic Dick. Get Black or Dark Gray.
Long extra large T-shirts that hang lower to cover your bulge too.
Don’t use jock straps they are uncomfortable. A lot of guys on here use these underwear to keep everything in place.

Make sure you stay ahead of the pain and ice, ice, ice! I used gel packs that conform better to your junk.
Or use frozen peas or corn.
Hang in there Kernel,

Re: Here we go.
It took about 4 weeks before I could walk longer distance with my wife, doing 2 miles and getting back on my road bike.

Congratulations and welcome to the bionic brotherhood bigkernel
. It sounds like you are doing well. Recovery frequently isn't linear, so be prepared for some ups and downs. It will probably be uncomfortable for a few weeks, but should gradually settle down. It can be frustrating but patience is the key, and it can help to remind yourself of why you are doing this. The rewards will come. I was also left inflated for the first 6 weeks, so concealment was a challenge. I didn't want to buy special underwear or anything I probably wouldn't use again, although a lot of guys do. I just used the tightest stretchy synthetic jocks and boxer briefs that I already owned. I positioned my erect dick pointing up, which wasn't especially comfortable, but not as bad as it sounds either. Yes, like Sworks said loose clothing that hides your bulge is a good idea. And yes, try and stay ahead of any pain, take appropriate medication as needed. Plus ice is good early in recovery. And get some type of cushion or pillow to sit on and relieve any pressure/pain in your ball sac. At this stage hygiene is really important, especially around the surgical incision/sutures.

Re: Here we go.
Thanks guys, I have been icing periodically and as for keeping it clean I have it surgically wrapped until my first follow up on Tuesday. Which is when I can shower again for the first time. Does that seem like too long to just have it in the same wrap?
