My measurements before the penile implant were:

5.9 inches length
4.3 inches circumference
1.6 inches width

My erection firmness is now fantastic with the implant, because I can precisely adjust the firmness—so firm that it starts to hurt and my penis almost bursts. I didn't have that before. It would sometimes go limp if I was stressed during intercourse or masturbation.

Well, 1-2cm shorter doesn't matter much, does it? Especially if you are girthy. As you say, and your measurements confirm it, you have a pretty thick penis, so just enjoy it and don't worry about length. I'd rather have 1-2cm more width than length.
