I’m sitting at four months with my Titan. When I pump up fully I still get sore in the glans and upper part of the shaft. Definitely some stretch happening there. I had significantly reduced pain on cycling, but I had to lay off cycling for a couple of weeks due to a seroma. Now that I’m back to it I can tell I have to catch up and stretch back out, as the pain is there again.

Just keep working on it, you’ll probably have some changes in discomfort level over time, but things will level out and hopefully it will continue to be painless.

BTW only once or twice have I fully inflated to max for sex, it’s just super hard and less comfortable for both parties than easing off to a more human-style erection.

I don't have a TItan but the principle is the same with all IPPs. My take on the VED vs IPP stretch "feel" is similar to SWorks.
A VED is effectively "pulling" blood into the cavernosal chambers by vacuum to create an artificial erection.
Conversely the IPP is "pushing" saline in hydraulically, taking the place of the blood in a natural erection.
All three feel somewhat different in my experience but always good (once acclimatised in the case of VED/IPP).
I still feel a lot of stretch at almost 12 months post op but my LGX is designed that way.

Mission, You are really early in the recovery and cycling process.
Many of us were not allowed to start cycling until weeks later. Infrapubic can start earlier as I understand it.
While the Titan is mainly recognised for firmness, all IPPs have some level of elasticity.
I'm guessing that you may eventually feel some stretch as both the implant cylinders and your tunica loosen up with cycling.
The ultimate test is how everything works during sex :D, but don't expect too much too soon.

Might consider the Perito exercises gently at first and see if you can add a few more pumps gradually and get that thing stretched out! Hang in there. Give it time .

Thanks so much for the encouragement, Rider. I've actually started using both hands. I've got bloody arthritis in my right thumb and had difficulty using that hand. I'm getting better results (and less painful) using the fingers of both hands. I'm still experimenting.
I've also started using the Perito exercises. It feels like I am going to snap or damage the cylinders! I can't get that much movement in each direction anyway, but will continue with it. Stretching seems to be the essential thing in the first year and certainly the early months.

Yup. It’s a marathon not a race. Time heals. I’m just headed home from my revision so about to start the cycle all over again. Got a 24cm up from my 21!! Normal is a 2cm increase when doing a revision but i was evidently a little short to start with! Starting over is rough to just think about it but looking forward to the improvements

I'm wondering how common these 'revisions' are? I hear that word pop up a lot.
It must be psychologically and physically exhausting to have to start again. I feel for you, but am sure your new, bigger!, implant will be perfect. At least you know what to do, and I hope your recovery is rapid.
